            we have been going there for over 12 years. we have watched dr smith sell to other dr, then get sold to NVA, it progressively got worse, the customer service, the compassion, you became a number, but i continued because its all my dog knew.jack was diagnosed with ME, he also had pneumonia, i had run out of antibiotics and needed a refill, all i could afford was an office visit and antibiotics. we had just taken xrays the following week. ((very expensive )) the office manager called me and told me that because you cannot afford xrays today we will not be able to give you office visit or antibiotics and you will need to find another vet. i asked if they could work with me, i got paid the next day. they replied no. so the next day i found a new vet, my dog with my 12 year old lab with pneumonia and ME . I WAS HEARTBROKEN. I WILL NEVER HAVE ANYTHING NICE TO SAY ABOUT THEM!!!!
