  Total ripoff! We had a whole home water system installed about a year ago everything was working fine until a Friday evening when I noticed the pipes had separated and was spitting water all over my yard. We put in an evening extra fee service call because we needed it fixed. The First Gentleman that came out was nice but didnt have the right fittings to fix it properly and cut things up and just reconnected from the main directly to the house, bypassing our filtration.(aka destroyed the connection to the home filtration)This is where the fun starts. He informed us he was entering it into the system so everyone knew what needed to be done and that someone would be out Monday. Monday comes and no one has contacted us so we call the office and are told the plumber who came out previously was available again Wednesday morning. So we wait. Wednesday morning arrives and it is a completely different person that has no idea what has been done. He also doesnt have the necessary fittings to do the job and gives us a quote nearly as high as the initial install (just shy of 1k). I was dumbfounded, your company chose to cut it all up and are now trying to charge me an insane price to fix what you chopped up.Needless to say I told him absolutely not. I call the main office to voice my concern as a customer and ask how they can justify that price and ask to speak with a manager, its early morning and ** told were not here to hear your concerns with our service, you told **** not to do the work I asked again to speak with the manager and given ************ will call you back when they have time great way to treat customers. Ill make sure no one ever sees a recommendation of your company from me again. Total trash way to handle a customer especially on work you initially did that failed.

  I called ABC Southwest, Venice fl I called this plumbing co to get an estimate on replacing a new kitchen faucet. They would not give be me an estimate over the phone. The women said but we can get a plumber out there soon. He arrived almost immediately it wasn’t even the day they scheduled him. The plumber was nice maybe to nice to me talking about the house and in the mean time started replacing the faucet. I said hey what exactly is this going to cost. He said well the rates went up today it’s $399.99. I said are you crazy. I can see if you bought my faucet but I had my own faucet. He said that’s what the charge is. He was in my home for 30 minutes could not give me an invoice but was able to get my signature and my check. I called the office to get a copy of the invoice. They sent it by email and in one day it disappeared off my phone. I asked for a survey they said they are having trouble with that. I can’t get you one. I’m a retiree and think I have been taken to the cleaners.. I have owned 4 homes in Florida and had the same thing done in less than 2 yrs from $80 the most 170 . They are crooks and take advantage of people. Something should be done. That job was no more than $150 to $200. I was totally ripped off by con artist.

  Snakes at *** plumbing. Called for a snake out, not that big of a job just a small clog no backup at all.Max 2hrs for the JOB.Before coming out I asked how much is their hourly rate. *** booking the appointment at *** would not tell me. She said we charge $47 to come to your house then quote you how much it will be. If you dont like the quote and dont want ** to do the work you owe ** $47 for coming to your house. They quote me over $800.00 for a 2 hr job. Watch out for these snakes at *** Southwest plumbing If you want plumbing service DONT CALL ***.I have ************************** **, and everyone I know will know about *** southwest plumbing scam. Terrible business model.
