    American Home Shield hired Sunline Appliances Repair inc. to fix my dishwasher. They came out the day after my request. The tech adjusted the hose under my sink but didn't wait for the cycle to complete. The next morning I noticed my dishwasher still didn't work. The tech ordered a drain motor and came back a week later. On this visit, he installed the motor but the dishwasher still didn't work. The tech said it needed a new front panel and he had to order it. I have not seen the tech in 5 weeks. He doesn't answer phone calls or text messages and his voicemail box is often full. When I had appointments set, he didn't show up nor call with updates. I am very dissatisfied with this company and their lack of performance. AND I just received an invoice from AHS for the repairs by Sunline. I am equally dissatisfied with AHS, who hasn't performed as expected either. Hence, I have initiated a dispute with my bank to have previous payments credited back. I want NOTHING to do with either of these companies.
