On the 12.12.22 I entered into a sales agreement with ************* for a 2014 Audi A4 (rebuilt), the total agreement on valve was $10,578.00, I made a down payment of $4000.00 with agreed monthly installments of $400.00, the car was involved in an accident on the 02.14.23, I had repairs done independently, on 03.31.2023, I was contacted by seller to make a final payment of balance owed, I informed her that was a violation of our signed contract, she then try to force me get a loan to pay off the balance immediately, when that didnt work all communication stopped. On the 05.01.2023, I was contacted by seller for my insurance information, I complied and later found out that she tried to change my insurance coverage on the vehicle. Due to her being unsuccessful, the seller then informed me that I had to add a comprehensive coverage on the vehicle, I informed that there is nowhere on the contract that stated that, also Ive had the car for 4 months and 20+ days (which accident included) and at no point did the topic of my insurance coverage was discussed. On the 05.03.23 I received a text message of options to return the car for a fraction of my down payment, trade in the car or loose everything. On the 05.03.23 while at a patients home, I heard the car being moved, when I ran outside I observed a male driving away laughing with the car. *** since contacted seller and informed her that due to her actions and my job title I could be placed under a HIPPA violation, to which the seller texted I am out of the office for the day, will be back in the morning at 9. You may pick up your belongings and a copy of contract anytime before 6 pm, Please be sure to bring the key as well. After speaking with police officers, I was told a repo noticed was not filed and I should seek legal advice. P.s I w never missed a payment or defaulted on the contract.
