I am thrilled with the impeccable craftsmanship and attention to detail in our kitchen countertop installation by The Proficient Cabinets! Dan Perez, the installer, and his team were professional, courteous, friendly, and cleaned up, leaving everything looking amazing! Dan even made improvements where the original plan did not show it. From start to finish, the ownership ensured their team delivered exceptional service, ensuring every aspect was meticulously executed. The countertops not only enhance the aesthetics of our kitchen but also elevate its functionality. I highly recommend The Proficient Cabinets for anyone seeking top-tier quality and professionalism!

BEWARE!!!!! I recently received a quote for new quartz kitchen countertops and matching vanity countertops for 2 bathrooms. Although I shared particular details regarding the corners, thickness, and design of quartz (marble-look, so NOT standard) when they came out to measure, NONE of that was noted on my quote. So, I received a basic quote for "standard materials" and of course when I visited the office, all of the particulars I wanted we "at an additional cost." But then the "coup de ****** was when I read the fine print that said, "TERMS: 90% AT SIGNING AND REMAINING BALANCE WHEN JOB COMPLETED.NOTE: THIS IS A CUSTOM ORDER AND ONCE APPROVED YOU ARE LEGALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT OF GOODS AND LABOR ALREADY INCURRED,AND THE CUSTOMER AGREES TO PAY AN EXTRA $250.00 FEE FOR THE CANCELLATION OF THE ***** Who in their right mind would EVER pay a contractor 90% just to sign a piece of paper?! The slabs are already in their warehouse, nothing would be cut until final measurements were taken once the cabinetry was installed months from now. So, you want to expose ALL the risk to the customer so you can walk away with their money or take your time with their order knowing you can because you already have 90% of the total cost for the job? They've lost their minds. The manager never returned my call---not surprised.
