  This company deserves no positive ratings. We hired them to move us from ********* to ******* last summer. They subcontracted it to ***** Moving, which meant they combined our belongs with another move. This resulted in them unloading our items onto another truck and damaging about 50% of our items, ranging from bicycles and patio furniture, to boxes of dishes. I cried when I saw the young teens they hired to unload the truck, too. they obviously were taking advantage of low-paid workers with no experience. Because I didnt take the extra insurance (believing the items loaded would remain loaded on the same truck just as we have experienced with other movers of better companies) we were IGNORED after making a claim. Many boxes arrived crushed, corners dented or lids collapsed. One thing that really set me over the edge: I was specifically asked about precious items when the sales rep I spoke to when scheduling. They made note of it and the extra care it should receive. Its almost like they targeted it as a result and it was not handled carefully at all. It was an antique washstand that cannot be replaced nor repaired! Shameful that both companies were so negligent. And no apologies or empathy.

  I'm was hired as a contractor to drive over the road! They robbed me blind of pay and treated me like a employee!! People don't ever let these crooks relocate your house hold goods

  The worst moving company! Recently we paid our deposit one month before moving date, but no truck showed up at the moving date. And the worst thing was that I called its customer service and they didn't give an explanation. After many calls, Colonial told me that it can not find a truck to my house, and cannot tell me when they can. I had to cancel the contract to get refund, and spent more to find a moving company to move my household in a short period. This really does not respect contract.

  THE ***** COMPANY EVER THEY ARE NOT EXIXT UNTIL THEY ROBE YOUR MONEY I HAVE THE WORSE EXPERIENCE THEY ARE BROKERS AND THEY ARE SENDING TO YOUR HOUSE A THE WORSE PEOPLE TO MOVE YOIR FURNITURE. I WAIT A MONTH AND THE MOST OF MY FURNITURE IS BROKE IS MISSING.PLEASE PEOPLE DONT EVER USED THIS COMPANY AND THE FLASH BOYS THEY ARE VERY BAD BAD PEOPLE

  Worst moving experience I ever have had Find me out to another company that then refused to take me when I would pay them extra money that I had signed contract with a Colonial Moving and Storage LLC

  Absolute ripoff....they are a bait and switch company. They quote you one price and then when all is said and done, you will end up paying at least 50% more than the quote. They know full well they can't and won't deliver your goods for the price they quote. Avoid them at all costs!!!!!!
