  I'm so sorry I did not find these reviews before I was scammed too. They operate under so many different names (**********************, Moving Processing LLC, Accessible Movers Moving and Storage). All of the actions listed below were exactly what happened to me. I was told I had to pay more because my cubic footage was over the estimated amount. They came a day late to pick up my goods, then said they couldn't load it all - it would't fit! This after paying the additional fee. We had to give away a couch, 9x12 rug, a queen **************** mattress, chest of drawers, night stand, end table. They called 10 days later to say they could pick up now...we already moved on. Now they are saying it could take up to 30 business days, not counting weekend and holidays to delivery. Oh - and they want another fee for expedited service - if I want to see my furniture within 5 days of the date they agreed to deliver. Total scam. I will probably never see my household goods again. Looking for a good attorney.

  Absolutely do not use them. They took my deposit money and ran. Nobody ever showed up to my house and they eventually blocked all my phone calls. ******** and losers, all of them.I'm searching for a class-action lawsuit against these thieves because nobody deserves to go through this.

  Do not use this company they are a fraud.They never showed up to pick my belongings on the day of the pick up. I called they apologize and asked me if I reschedule it for a different day. I said sure. I rescheduled it for 3times. Still no one showed up.I hang up using a different company to move my belongings.They refuse to give me a refund.How are they still in business. I see the reviews.How do they sleep at night.For the readers out there can *** or police help with this.

  If I could I would give them NO Stars! They are scammers, they give your loads out to other scammers! They took SOOO much money from me and my daughter for our move across country.. Then passed us onto another scammer to finish us off! Took several months to finally get our stuff, half of it was broken.. I had to involve the local State troopers, ************************ & also the Federal *** Officers in ************* to get my household belongings... Stay away from this company!

  Scammers!! They jacked up the price at pickup and had me pay. Then they call me after my stuff has been picked up and double the price again! They refused to give me copies of what I signed (my **** of ladle). And when I said I couldnt pay any more after theyd taken my stuff, they refused delivery. They had my stuff from December to April and refused to tell me what state it was even being stored in. And of course when I finally did get my stuff, 1/3 of it was missing. If I had the money, I absolutely would have sued this company. The second I mentioned arbitration to American long distance they stopped talking to me all together. I did file complaints with the ****

  This is the worst moving company every. They stole my deposit after I requested a refund. They failed to pickup the phone or return my emails and texts when the movers quoted me and additional $6,800 on top of my $2,678.60 quote. They purposely underquote you so that you pay the deposit KNOWING that the movers will charge more the day of arrival. They purposefully put it in their contract that if you cancel or forfeit the new costs, then you lose the deposit. Such crooks. Cant wait to hear your argument in court.

  ABORT! This company is a SCAM! I was quoted $6k and promised a 26 long moving truck with full insurance coverage on damaged or missing items. Not true, all lies. After I paid 50% deposit of $3000, it turns out that my quote was only for a certain amount of cubic feet which was not nearly the amount of cubic feet of a 26 long moving truck. They say their special software program is able to determine cubic feet needed but that wasnt true and they never even made a real attempt to get an accurate inventory list from me. I actually had to argue for hours to get a real inventory list made for me. You have to count every single box and list every item that is not boxed. Thats important because it is supposed to hold them responsible for each item, though my movers did not load many of the items that were on my inventory list. They dont do this move for you; they call other movers to do it for you. They dont answer their phones or return calls. When the movers arrived, I was told my move would actually cost $14k and that I needed to pay $5k more right then and there or else they would leave. They left and I got blamed and charged for needing to reschedule the move a different day, after I found a way to get that much more money. On moving day, they did not even put all of my items in the truck but never told me that they left many items behind. Their insurance policy does not cover items that never arrived on the truck at drop-off because they claim the movers never loaded all of the items, eventhough the items were on the inventory list to be moved. They damaged many items but I am expected to go to an online form and do the work to file a claim. In the end, a move from CA to TN with the amount of items which would have fit in a 26 moving truck cost me $17k to this company and a loss of about $6k of damaged and missing items. What a complete scam and nightmare! I made countless phone calls, wasted many hours dealing with this company, and lost so much money.

  American Long Distance Movers SCAMERS. I didnt realize the were brokers until the moving time came. Gave me a price after taking inventory of all things I needed moved $6400.00 Okay this was to move me not knowing they Sub-Contracted the Trucking out to Right-A-Way Movers. These people called @ 11:30 pm to confirm loading the next day we were asleep. Next day after Many calls they said they are not in the area if I wanted my stuff moved I need to Pay $250.00 for there Hotel stay over! After alot of B.S. they had our things all on there Truck and if we did,nt Wire Draft $4000.00 our belongings would be Sold @ Auction! When arrived at our home they had another shipment on the end of the Truck which they had to Unload and Reload after making the Delivery which they said they had everything! These people are Thieves I also filed a Complaint through *******. which was a waist of time. I can,t understand HOW these other people gave good reviews when they both should be Out of Business.
