I signed a contract agreement with this company in June 2008 for the Junior Suite at $199 USD per week for 25 weeks to expire in 2033. I paid $ ***** USD for the package that included an option to upgrade to a better accommodation as per the prices listed in the contract, the service and attention make you feel like you were VIP to get you to signed the contract with access to restaurant reservations ahead of time. The last time we stayed was in December 2017 and it was a complete nightmare trying to get away from the salesman standing by your room door and driving you around to see all the new improvements just to end up at the tower to try to cage you into purchasing a new membership that cost as much as a car. On this last trip and previous ones we end up settling for the accommodations for rooms they had and never able to upgrade which some of them were desperate for a face-lift. The worst part is that we never able to make reservations to the nice restaurants no matter how many times we tried during the day to speak with someone from customer service. My last attempt to book was in 2023, I was told to access a website to reserve and that all adults are required to pay $130 USD per night to offset the recent costs increase. That's not was I agreed in the contract.
