      On February 27, 2024, I placed an order for Dark Spot Lifting Serum x 2, Turmeric + Kojic Hyperpigmentation Eraser Bar x 2 which totalled $78.73. I received an email at 10:32pm confirming that my order was received and I was given Order #******** with the following message:Order Confirmation Hey *******,Thank you for your purchase, this email confirms your order. We will send you another email as soon as your order is shipped.Please allow 7-10 business days for processing. You can follow the status of your order by clicking the button below:After 10 business days, I reached out on Instagram and they have now blocked me. I started doing more research and realised there are numerous complaints on Trust Pilot from persons who have not received their products which now leads me to believe they are scammers. Yet they continue to post daily on their social media platforms.I emailed them on March 27th requesting a refund and I have received neither a response nor my refund.

      This is an update to let you know that I had a friend visit Rich and Clear's Spa in ******* and I received my order.  They also refunded CDN$25.

      I purchased skincare on December 30,2023. Order number is *******. I received a pre label tracking number by the **** in ***** ** on January 3,2024. There has been no type of movement on my order I called the office many times email dm on ig wrote on there ig page and all no answers at all I want my package or my money back.

      One September 7, 2022. I ordered 5 items from Rich and Clear skincare *** which all came out to $39.59, because of a sale that was going on. I had not received my order by October the 8, 2022. I emailed to see what the status of my order was and I never received and email back, October 12, 2022 my order was delivered. I opened my package and 1 item was missing. I emailed about the missing item as well as called. As of today. January 18, 2023 I have not received a refund or a replacement. On the invoice, it looks as though someone from the company circled the item that I was missing. Possibly for evidence that I actually did not receive the item. *** called a number of times and spoken to **** the receptionist and she continues telling me the same information and that is that shes contacted them about my order and she doesnt know why I dont have it yet.

      I placed a order on May 2 , my debit card was charged the full amount. When my products arrived I was missing 2 bottles of *************** moisturizing cream. I inquired about my missing products with *******************. On May 7th she stated my request was sent to support team for review and I would be contacted with results. I provided pictures of my invoice and was told the products might be back ordered. I was still charged for product that I didn't receive. It has been several days and no response from the company.
