      Placed an order online Janurary 1, 2025 for 2 full size products, and a travel kit with 4 products in it. I never received any part of my order, nor has the business responded to my emails.

      On Jan 30th 2025 I placed an order of ****** dollars worth of products. Since then I have continuously reached out to this company via instagram and email in regards to them shipping my products. It is Feb 18 2025 and I have not received a response. I see their instagram page active every day and they dont even care to reach back out. Ive also noticed many others experiencing the same problem, I need help with either refunding or at least just getting my products

      I placed an order on 12/1/24. I sent my first follow up email on 12/20/24. I received no response. Understanding it was around the holidays I was patient. On 1/3/24, I received an automatic email (not from a human) with a tracking number saying my order shipped. I know how tracking numbers work & knew that just meant the label was printed. I waited several business days & checked the tracking number. The only update was the carrier still was not in possession of the package. I reached out to the company again, no response. In fact every email I e sent has only been met with the exact same auto-response. Deciding to look into further options for resolution I went to my emails to take a screenrecord of all of my attempts to contact the company. I saw I received another automated email on 2/1/25 saying my order shipped. This time with no tracking number. I have made several attempts to contact this business who took my money. Ive even reached out to them via their Instagram page (commenting on posts & sending direct messages)zero response. I also discovered comments from a lot of people asking about their missing **************** not received a response either). Initially a satisfactory resolution would be my refund or the product I paid for. At this point, I just want my money back. I have screenshots of everything.

      I woke up in the middle of the night randomly (12:54a) & decided to check the tracking number originally sent 1/3/25. To my surprise (although I thought I was dreaming or seeing things), it seems this finally shipped. The *** is for Tuesday 2/18/25. After this experience, *** decided I would like to keep this complaint open until its delivered to confirm the accuracy of the tracking. I wanted to at least update the complaint with this new information.

      Im not sure what kind of games this company is playing but they cannot do this to people. Taking peoples money, not providing product & not even responding. This is disgraceful. They probably didnt even mail anything. We should proceed.

      As of this morning, 3/12/25, I still have not received any response from **** and Clear (aside from the previous automated responses, I have not received the package via ***, the tracking number currently says delay in *********, **. The tracking also suggests if you are the sender you can file a claim. Since Im not the sender I cant file a claim & have been given no further info other than whats on the tracking. Since the business does not respond to emails, I cannot even ask them to file a claim with **** I certainly cannot trust that they will file a claim on their own & reach out to me. If they were, they wouldve at least replied to ANY one of my emails. I would like to move further with this. My desired resolution remains the same; the items I ordered or my money back.

      I ordered products from this company on December 4th. Its now February 6th and I still have not received my order. I have been emailing and trying to get in contact with someone regarding my order and I have not been able to get a response for the past month. Im getting the same email saying my order has been packaged and shipped for the past month but *** says they have not received my package. Shipping on their website says 6-9 days and its been over two months and still dont have my order. Many people have also said they ordered over 3-4 months ago and still havent received their orders.

      I never got my order they never email me with my tracking number or anything I been contacting them they have yet to respond and many others are going through the same thing I wnat my refund they are a scam

      My complaint appears to mirror those of others who have made recent complaints about not receiving an order and the lack of communication from the company when the customer queries the status the product shipment. I placed my order with *************************** on 12/20/24, which totaled $36.90. I received an order confirmation email on the same date. I reached out to the company via email on 1/02/25 regarding the status of the shipping and received an email on 01/03/25 that its on its way. And to keep an eye out for an email which contained the tracking info. The tracking email showed the products were to be delivered by *** and that a shipping label had been created but the package was not yet in the carriers possession, and *** tracking site shows the same today (01/20/25). Of course I sent follow-up emails to the ***************************************** email address provided on the company website and received two generic responses citing their apologies for the delay and/or to allow ****** hours for a response yes it reflects 472 but I digress. No response received from anyone, so I followed up again on 01/16/25, only this time requesting a full refund with confirmation the order has been cancelled, and a time line of when to expect the funds to be credited back to the charged account, like most reputable businesses do. CRICKETS! Such a shame. All I want is my money back! Forget the product.

      I follow rich and clear on Instagram and they were running a special for 3 bars of African black soap for $20-something dollars. I went to their website from Instagram and purchased on 10.11.24 and I still have not received my order. I have emailed them and I called them and they didn't return a response to either.

      On November 6, 2024, I placed an order with *************************** Skin for $35.45. After waiting patiently, I emailed ************************************* on November 14, 2024, requesting my tracking number. Ten business days later, on November 20, 2024, I followed up with another email to ***************************************** for an update about my order. On November 22, 2024, I received an email stating that my item had shipped; however, the tracking information clearly shows that **** is still awaiting the item. Concerned, I reached out again on November 25, 2024, emailing *************************************, ***************************************** and ***************************************** with a screenshot demonstrating that **** has not yet received my package. Instead of a helpful response, I received a generic reply: Thanks for contacting ***************************. One of our team members should assist you shortly. Due to our high volume of emails, we ask that you allow at least ****** hours for a response. Other than that, we promise to get back to you as soon as possible. This lack of genuine communication raises serious concerns about the integrity of this company. Reviews on the BBB and other social media platforms confirm that numerous customers have faced similar issues: unresponsive support, undelivered products, and no refunds. It is becoming clear that *************************** Skin may be operating as a scam. I am requesting a full refund, as I do not trust this company or the products they offer.
