    I ordered products from this company on December 4th. Its now February 6th and I still have not received my order. I have been emailing and trying to get in contact with someone regarding my order and I have not been able to get a response for the past month. Im getting the same email saying my order has been packaged and shipped for the past month but *** says they have not received my package. Shipping on their website says 6-9 days and its been over two months and still dont have my order. Many people have also said they ordered over 3-4 months ago and still havent received their orders.

    I never got my order they never email me with my tracking number or anything I been contacting them they have yet to respond and many others are going through the same thing I wnat my refund they are a scam

    My complaint appears to mirror those of others who have made recent complaints about not receiving an order and the lack of communication from the company when the customer queries the status the product shipment. I placed my order with *************************** on 12/20/24, which totaled $36.90. I received an order confirmation email on the same date. I reached out to the company via email on 1/02/25 regarding the status of the shipping and received an email on 01/03/25 that its on its way. And to keep an eye out for an email which contained the tracking info. The tracking email showed the products were to be delivered by *** and that a shipping label had been created but the package was not yet in the carriers possession, and *** tracking site shows the same today (01/20/25). Of course I sent follow-up emails to the ***************************************** email address provided on the company website and received two generic responses citing their apologies for the delay and/or to allow ****** hours for a response yes it reflects 472 but I digress. No response received from anyone, so I followed up again on 01/16/25, only this time requesting a full refund with confirmation the order has been cancelled, and a time line of when to expect the funds to be credited back to the charged account, like most reputable businesses do. CRICKETS! Such a shame. All I want is my money back! Forget the product.

    I follow rich and clear on Instagram and they were running a special for 3 bars of African black soap for $20-something dollars. I went to their website from Instagram and purchased on 10.11.24 and I still have not received my order. I have emailed them and I called them and they didn't return a response to either.

    On November 6, 2024, I placed an order with *************************** Skin for $35.45. After waiting patiently, I emailed ************************************* on November 14, 2024, requesting my tracking number. Ten business days later, on November 20, 2024, I followed up with another email to ***************************************** for an update about my order. On November 22, 2024, I received an email stating that my item had shipped; however, the tracking information clearly shows that **** is still awaiting the item. Concerned, I reached out again on November 25, 2024, emailing *************************************, ***************************************** and ***************************************** with a screenshot demonstrating that **** has not yet received my package. Instead of a helpful response, I received a generic reply: Thanks for contacting ***************************. One of our team members should assist you shortly. Due to our high volume of emails, we ask that you allow at least ****** hours for a response. Other than that, we promise to get back to you as soon as possible. This lack of genuine communication raises serious concerns about the integrity of this company. Reviews on the BBB and other social media platforms confirm that numerous customers have faced similar issues: unresponsive support, undelivered products, and no refunds. It is becoming clear that *************************** Skin may be operating as a scam. I am requesting a full refund, as I do not trust this company or the products they offer.

    I ordered products from this company on November 1 2024 in the email it said to allow 7-10 day to process it is well past that time and no product no refund and no communication from this company. So Im looking to get the money back I spent and to get this place shut down for scamming people.

    On 08/13/24, I submitted an online order for 1 Tumeric Brightening Serum ($9.99) and 1 Tuneric + Kohic Hyperpigmentation Eraser Bar ($9.99). The order number given to me was #********. I received a tracking number 1ZG254A00306810498. As of today, that tracking still shows that a label was created on 08/14/24 and the next update was on 08/30/24 saying that my order in on its way. I have reached out on 2 different occasions to this company asking for a refund and have not been able to contact anyone in person. I emailed ***************************************** and also sent my concern to them via their site. I have received the automated response email but no follow up contact from any associated with the company. I have called the phone number on their site and no one ever answers. I am seeking a full refund. I do not trust any product that may be sent to me by them at this point.
