Cepra Landscaping is significantly underperforming their contractual responsibilities in our Indigo Subdivision of **************, **. They do not respond to email ticket requests and do not honor any commitments they have previously made to perform the services we are paying for in this neighborhood. There leadership team is unresponsive and they do not ever answer their offices telephone so that they can avoid contact with customers. Its pathetic at this stage and entirely unacceptable. I am now in the Process of Contacting the Florida News Outlets for ABC, *** and FOX to report and get this on TV Across *******, perhaps taking such actions will light a fire under someone namely *********************** who allegedly owns Cepra.

    Dear ****,

Thank you for submitting the complaint in regard to the communication error on our part at ******. As we spoke in person, there was a recent Management Change and the delay in communication was brought forth from the change. Since the change our new manager has become very responsive to the Community request along with your personal request at your residency. Again, this is no excuse as our organization should have not dropped the ball even with the change, by we will strive to improve this process moving forward. At this point, your shrubs have been pruned and the request has been communicated back to you. Thank you again for your patience.

CEPRA Landscape *****************, Owner PO Box 865 *******, *******, ***** ************ www.cepralandscape.com Branch ********/************** ************************* *********************************************************************** ************ Incident January 25, 2024, 9:10 AM ********************************************************* Background 08/08/2022 Spent $2,117.86 via *************, front landscape including Multi-stem Watermelon Crepe ****** 25 gallon, 8' @ $250.00. Community was informed by HOA / Cepra to place red ribbon on landscape we did not want trimmed. I left the red-ribbon on the Crepe ****** and spoke with *************************, face to face, that I did not want the Crepe ****** to be trimmed by Cepra. I showed him the red ribbon and explained I have experience with ******* and I would do the trimming. Forward to this January, 2024, when at home I heard trimming outside and found a production manager of Cepra, cutting my Crepe ****** in half (3/4). I instructed for her to stop and she was arguing with me that It needs to be done, now is the time. She stopped, leaving me with 1/4 of the original untrimmed. Note this is recorded. ***** said English was her second language however, on the video, the was speaking English well. I left a message with the ******** office (they will NEVER pick up the phone). ************************* arrived and said he couldnt say anything. He did say they us red selectors in the landscape now however, we were not notified. I called back and they sent *****, a Manager over who stated she cut the ****** wrong and they just had a ****** on how to trim e.g. you prune a ****** you dont do Crepe Murder (cut in half) which she did. ***** said my Crepe ****** will be replaced. NOW ************************* sent me an email stating if the tree would not grow and flower in the spring they would replace. Of course the sprigs will grow and the tree will bloom. Issue is I have 1/4 of a tree and 3/4 of a stub. I want Cepra to honor their word and replace my ruined Crepe ******.

    ********,

We Sincerely apologize for the wrongful pruning of your *********************** and the way in which it was resolved.

As you stated, the crews were completing the seasonal round of *********************** pruning throughout the community and should have not trimmed your juvenile tree.

As you requested, we agree to replace the *********************** with like size and type tree on March 21st. Our intention is to not trim the newly installed tree and allow for the growth you are requesting. We will be sure to communicate to the crew of this mistake and use this as a ****** moving forward. Thank you again for your patience in this matter.

lawn was serviced by this company whose employee told me they were spraying a chemicals to make removal of the grass easier. A week later the entire grass turned brown, and they came back and laid new grass. It is my belief that the soil is toxic, as the new grass never took it continued to turn brown and completely died. I have repeatedly tried to contact Cepra and have also addressed this issue with the HOA.

A meeting is currently being coordinated with our team and the Community Manager to determine the decline of your lawn. While we do apply fertilizer and herbicides, there appears to be an outside party that has applied to this lawn as well. If it is to be found that we are negligent in our applications, we will take the correct action to make it right. This lawn stands out in the Community as the only damaged which points to the outside treatment of the lawn. If there are other factors, such as bad soil, etc., this would not fall under contractual agreement for Lawncare maintenance. We will make sure that you are communicated with and the correct action plan is taken.

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because: My lawn has been maintained only by Cepra Landscape as they are contracted by the HOA.  Besides pulling weeds myself no other company or myself has done any fertilizing or insecticides to the lawn.  The lawn was replaced by Cepra who sprayed the chemical in question, as I have reported.  A Cepra employee told me this would help with more easily removing the old grass.  A week later the grass turned totally brown and they came back and scraped it up and layed new sod.  I have reported over the months that the new grass was not growing and had been deteriorating since the spraying of the chemical.  Again No one else is responsible for any services to my lawn besides Cepra.

    Sincerely,
