Short version. Aug 5th I went to Valvoline off 19th Ave and waited just under 2 hours as they changed my oil. 15 mins they say. When I got home it leaked on my driveway. I cleaned it up then called and spoke with Jason. He ordered in my oil I provided and I went to Toyota and got a drain plug gasket. Went back the 12th and he changed it and installed the gasket. Called Valvoline corporate and asked for a refund. It was issued. Got back home and stopped and looked under my truck before I pulled into my driveway. Still leaking. Tired of the situation I parked the truck back across the street in the grass where it had been sitting the last week so the oil would not leak on my driveway again. On the 19th I took my truck down to Toyota to have them pull the plug and let me know what they find. On the way call Valvoline again and the corporate lady could not get through to either Jason or his boss Corey. Messages were left for both. Got a call from Jason and he stated drain plugs are wearable item multiple times and said something like oil pans seals leak. The drain plug has never leaked in the 5 years I have had the truck. Driveway is clean. Under the truck is clean of oil. Asked him to have his boss call me and he directed me to call corp and ask for him. Called back the 19th, 21st and today the 22nd. Still have not heard from Corey. Corp lady said she left a message and sent an email each time. I requested to talk to Corey or his boss so we will see how that goes. I am also calling all the news stations in the area and going to share my experience with them about my situation. Attached is pictures of my driveway where my truck has sat for the last year and a half. The only oil like spots you see are circled and from my service at Valvoline.
