      I purchased a boat 2023 Sea Fox new from the dealership Black Label Marine Group, LLC. I gave the deposit for $10,000 to order it because was not on stock. They were selling me a new boat is what they committed to. in April they told me it was ready to pick up, I went to their shop and examinate the boat and there were some details that needed to be done. They were mostly paint details since I was not able to try it in the water. On May 9th they delivered the boat to a close by boat ramp. I pick up the boat and drove it to the marina where I have a boat slip to keep it. There are several things that needed to be address before the delivery and they did not do it, but I did not realize at the time of delivery, and I found out more once I navigate the boat. 1. Live well is not working, it got full of water work for like 10 minutes and then stop. 2. the throttle to control the motors are not sync, when one motor is about 3100 rpm the other motor is a 3500 rpm. 3.The gas tank stops the gas pump not letting gas in even that is not full. 4.Paint details all over I purchase this boat new for $165,399 and they are not honor his offer, an excellent boat. I think if you purchase something new you do no need to fix things since the beginning. I asked to fix it or reimburse the expense to fix it. The salesperson name is Donny T**** and the manager is Mike C***** I communicated with they several times, some times they do not answer the phone or email, but they promised they will be picking up the boat to take it to their place to do the repairs, but never did. Now is September and I do not have a solution, I ever asked them if I fix it or reimbursement for the repair. But they keep saying that they are making arrangements to pick up the boat.
