On March 21, 2024 I spent over $1400 at ********** in **********, ****** for Closetmaid closet shelving and drawer systems for a 3 closet renovation. Included in that purchase were 36 Closetmaid Selectives (model ONLY sold exclusively to ********** store per ****/Closetmaid company) drawers ranging from $36-$59/each. The remodel project took longer than anticipated and the drawer portion were not started until late May 2024. At that time, it was determined that every hardware package that was included with each cabinet was missing (4) required cam locks/connectors needed to put the drawers together. I went back to ********** where they were purchased, and their customer service said I needed to contact ****/Closetmaid directly. I have been emailing **** customer service back and forth regarding this purchase, of which I no longer have the original receipt or multiple boxes for anymore, but offered to send the CC statement that has the purchase from **********, which again is the only location that sells these items, and have sent pictures of the cabinets in pieces in my living room, as well as pictures of the instruction book and item number that I need a total of 144 of to finish the drawers. The company also stated that they do not ship to ******, where I purchased the items from. I even offered to have them send to a different house in the continental ** and I would pay to have them shipped to ******. I have asked for the size of the piece of hardware so that I can go find them and purchase them through a different company. Receiving no responses to these requests. They continue to ask for additional evidence to find out what went wrong with their company, not how to fix my issues with their products. I've attached the email correspondence, along with evidence I have already sent to them.
