Hired this company to shoot video of a listing that is a plant nursery farm with several gardens, paths, out buildings, extensive professional irrigation. Requires drone video so buyers online can see every angle and aspect of the property. This was explained while he and I walked around the property. I showed him what I wanted in the video. He did not use the drone camera as it is intended, he held the drone at chest level and walked through the property, cut the video down to only 90 seconds, leaving out important aspects. I told him I need a video that shows every aspect and angle of the property market it globally to long distance buyers. The video has incorrect text details imbedded. When I asked for corrections, he sent this text: That was my concern doing a video on a budget. It's becoming something I charged too little for and requires 2 days of editing. Ill add more text to it and see if I can make it longer. Give me until this afternoon please and I'll send it over." More incorrect text was inserted and sent this email: "The link below has the updated final videos. I use Adobe Premiere Pro for videos and Adobe Photoshop for images. A good drone is the DJI Mavic 3 but requires a 107 FAA license. I normally charge $500 for a half-day and $1000 for full-day rates. At this point, this is more than I can do at this budget. Videos have been updated below. On these listings and/or YouTube make it clear that the property lines of the images are an estimate and not a survey." I specified in writing what the text inserts should state. I also let him know that I cannot use his video as it makes me look bad to my sellers and it has incorrect information about the property. His reply was: "It's Really unnecessary to say such evil things over something not worth it. I'm sorry you feel that way. I wish you the best of luck with all you're going through." Apparently, providing a customer with the product they asked for isn't important to him, just collecting the money.
