    His unbiased review provided a holistic picture of what our next steps would need to be to move into the home. ****** was communicative before, during and after the inspection. He was flexible in arranging a time and was professional throughout the experience. A report was provided quickly in both an online dashboard that was color-coded to help us understand the more immediate challenges and also in a downloadable PDF document for our records. While we really loved the house, we ultimately did not continue with the contract. His inspection not only found a severe problem laying in plain sight that our untrained eye missed, it saved us money by having it scheduled quickly before paying for a survey and appraisal. Value was fully received and we plan to use him as our inspector until we find a home that we feel is right for us. You should as well.
