      In January 2021, I purchased a brand new 30x60 double wide home for $101,428.40. The seller is Prestige in ******************, and the builder is Nobility. They delivered it in March 2022 and the moment I inspected the brand new house. When i stood in the stand up shower that I paid extra for, that I noticed the floor was hollow and frail. I called Prestige & told them I did not feel safe on that. They said it's normal; in a few months, it cracked in numeours areas. I called again. They filled in the cracks. We waited 7 days to use, to make sure it dried. When we used it, it cracked again. Then they sent 2 guys to fill in with foam. When it dried, it was lumpy, & got new cracks. I called again, they put pieces of wood under & filled in the cracks. The shower looked horrible. The wood made it lumpier. The shower company, Aqua, sent some one out twice. They drilled holes from the top, and filled them in with a strong chemical, that i had to open the windows. That didnt work. They said they would send a new shower but i had to pay for labor. I went to prestige and **** said he would write me a check for the labor, get a third party to do it, so I sent him a quote, and they did not want to pay what the guy was charging me. This whole time you could smell the mold and mildew from in my bedroom for almost a year. TWO YEARS of phone calls, emails, photos, and videos to no avail. They kept dragging their feet. Finally, I borrowed money and hired someone to take it apart, discard the damaged items, which was 75% of the bathroom, and redo 3/4 of the bathroom because of the mold and mildew under the vinyl carpet had climbed up the walls, into the subfloor, closet, cabinet, drywall, and insulation. $10,000.00 to repair this master bath in December 2023. I sent them the bill. The 10 year Warranty did absolutely nothing for me, and they kept pointing the finger at each other - Prestige, Nobilty, and Aqua; between the three companies, managed to gather $434.85 in May 2024.

      My 84 year old mother bought a home from Nobility Homes in ***** through Prestige Home Centers in *********. When she moved into her brand new home, the water pressure in the shower and kitchen were terrible! We fixed the shower ourselves by putting in a more restrictive shower head. Also, the dryer was not vented to the outside of the house. Nobility Homes sent a very nice young man named ****, who documented the issues and said he would either send a new part or come back with a working faucet. They mailed the whole faucet. Is my 84 year old mother supposed to fix this herself? We are NOT plumbers. My brother bought a home from them in 2017 and had no issues at all!
