We moved here about 5 months ago and from the beginning I knew it was something weird going on but we didn’t have nowhere else to go. The stove haven’t worked and the tub hasn’t drain correctly since we moved in. we told them since the beginning that both wasn’t working, and they just kept telling us to do things so we could solve it ourselves and kept telling us to go buy things to solve it ourselves, which we did until we started seeing rats come out our stove as if we lived in New York, so when we told them about it, they went on to blame us and say they probably come in when we open the door so then I started putting it together ever since we moved in the stove hasn’t been working because of the rats mind you they didn’t do anything to solve it, just claim they’ll get a new one. Till this day we don’t have a new stove and the tub is still being plunged up. multiple times I’ve gotten weirded out from them coming up here just to knock on my door to talk about irrelevant stuff, but not about stuff to fix in the house. we even asked if we could lower the price because of what’s going on and they refused until one night. We brought a rat up there to show them. “This is the fourth rat that came out of our stove”. They still didn’t care. They just went on to say go buy more rat traps and only lower the price $20. The only reason why the price is a 20 is because when the owner found out that I as a woman had a boyfriend he added the $20 on when we first moved in. The only reason why we had to go with it for this long is because there’s nowhere else in Ocala that is cheap. Mind you this isn’t even cheap is self. It’s 320 a week but today they decided to come up to my door knock on it and once I asked who’s there they didn’t answer and then I open the door, and the only thing he says to me is “ you guys have to leave by this Friday”. I asked him why, and he just walked away. I then said I’m not leaving unless I get a reason. They said “we don’t have to give you a answer”
