  Be careful here as a senior i spoke with a salesman ****** C after i told him the options they sent me did not fit my needs he gets rude and disrespectful consumer beware

  Attempted to sell me and get me into contract with a 2024 Aviator while there is a current "No Sell Restriction" on the vehicle (dealers unable to sell vehicle per Lincoln Headquaters) until the rear view cameras all get fixed. They were heavily pushing me into contract to purchase 1) - a USED vehicle (Courtesy rental) that is labeled as NEW!!!And 2) after researching the vehicle and having a total recall on it, they were still attempting to sell me this SUV without telling me the latter of the two situation Contacted the manager - who acted like hes heard about this but isnt sure. Said he would call me back and its been days with no call back.Avoid shopping here.

  ******************* was an amazing salesman. He was patient and considerate of our time. He listened to our needs and was quick to make sure he was meeting our wishlist and pairing it with our financial needs as well. He knew when to leave and allow us to talk as a family and when to be there as our sales person as well. I cannot recommend him enough- quiet, patient, knowledgeable, and there to sell you a good vehicle that meets your financial needs and surpasses your wish list.   ******************* is an absolute dream when it comes to choosing a vehicle. I tend to dream big and be ****** picky when it comes to choosing out my vehicle, but *** has always had such patience and respect for Any question or want I throw his way. He has done research prior to arriving to respect my time, allowing me to have multiple options to choose from and then helping me also achieve a price range that is affordable for my pocketbook. I will follow ******************* for all my car needs. Plus *** is beyond professional and followed up with me multiple times after my purchase to make sure I was satisfied.

  Well Felicia, since you asked. My wife had contacted your dealership in regards to a 2019 Cargo Van. Your team there confirmed that it was available. Not only did they confirm the availability, they confirmed the price! Stating it was the internet price and it was firm. We agreed to the price. Several times! But they did state it was sitting up at your location up in Orlando. They asked us to come in and discuss the purchase of the van. I was also told to bring my trade in. We confirmed we were seriously interested in purchasing the vehicle. As a matter of fact my wife had sat with your team for several hours filling out the credit application.After several hours we were told that all was in order and you would make arrangements to transport the vehicle to your location in a few days and we would finalize the deal. Two days later we received a call from your team, they had made an error and the cargo van was sold at an auction. So, what do you think my reaction, my wifes reaction and my sons reaction was? Now you know why Car Sales people have a very bad reputation. We have lived here for 35 years. I will never do business with you, my wife who is a real estate agent will never do business with, nor will we have anything good to say about your dealership or your team to our friends and family. You have burned some serious bridges here. I would appreciate you stop soliciting me for anything else because you are pissing me off. My ****** review will also reflect my sentiments.
