The dealership fraudulently reported my income to be higher after 4 attempts in order to get me a car loan.

I was given a final quote, while I got the loan and the check cut the dealer refused to sell me the vehicle at the agreed price. Beware of this dealer and the shady deals of the sales **** and the Finance Manager who can switch at any time their prices

Por lo anterior me siento estafado en mi buena fe por mencionado establecimiento.I bought my first vehicle in this country, a 2019 ******* Kona with ****** miles at this dealership and the representative who attended me at this establishment promised me a 5-year warranty or ****** miles from the purchase, in addition to other warranties including lifetime battery replacement. This week the battery of my vehicle failed and I went to make effective the warranty that had been included with the purchase of the car and I was surprised when they told me that the car did not have any warranty and that I had been deceived by the representative of the dealer who attended me and sold me the vehicle. For the foregoing, I feel cheated in my good faith by said establishment.

Deceptive practices in both the sales and service department. They lied to me and deceive me so I was disqualified from a recall warranty that would have completely repaired my vehicle. Instead, they sold me one that I could not afford, confusing me with the paperwork and making me believe it was real lower price. They also sold me a warranty I thought was through Nissan themselves but third-party company.
