    Fraudulent practices knowingly sold a jeep without disclosing open recall with no remedy of repair

    Customer purchased vehicle as is a used vehicle with a extended warranty. Batteries failed, ext warranty did not apply. Customer then needed total intigrated power module, this was partially covered by warranty. Vehicle has been repair, and customer has picked vehicle up.

    ****************** is a cruel joke. Took my Jeep in for a simple check-up and to service my gas gauge (all covered under my extended warranty). After 9 days, no response from several calls from myself. 10th day got a call stating rodents had chewed the wires in my engine. (Bull)Service guy told us the car was undrivable. We drove it to the dealership 10 days before the call.Anyway, 3 weeks later my husband had to physically visit the service ***** and confront the dude supposedly working on my car. The next day my car was supposedly ready. The charge was outrageous, I had to take my car to another service place to get it fixed.If I could leave a negative rating it would be -100. Never take your vehicle to this place.Worst customer and mechanical service I have ever experienced in my life.Wrote a detailed letter to the general manager. Weeks later I still have gotten no response.How this place stays in business is a huge guess. Never go there.

    This dealerships service department is the worst! I called to get a quote on a water pump replacement and service told me that they would send me to parts to get the prices for the parts and then they would send me back to service to get the labor price! What service department does things this way! Anyway, I set up a date and brought it in. I stayed because this should have been a 2-3 hour job. 7 hours later I finally got out of there! This is the second time I've had problems with their service. The first time, I had a power steering pump leaking. Told them this when I called. Brought the car home after it was supposedly fixed and it was still leaking! They had replaced the rack and pinion, not the pump. When they made it good, they didn't want to pay me the difference back! We finally settled on a credit and that was the only reason I brought the car back for the water pump. I will never set foot in this dealership again! They are only getting 1 star because I couldn't leave 0 stars!

    We had an emergency with our Ram 1500 ecodiesel, which was giving a "will not restart after 200 miles" message, as my wife was driving to ******* on a one week trip, arriving Tuesday.I called and booked at PCJDR for the next morning, explaining the situation, letting them know my wife would leave the car there, and they spoke to me about a rental and how it would be arranged. My wife arrived well before closing, and no-one knew anything about it.They made arrangements to take the truck, and my wife rented a car on her own.By the end of day Wednesday I was given a quote for 4600, which I requested them to do part of. After that they went dark. We could not reach them the next day. Friday morning when my wife went in (because they don't return calls) we were promised end of day, or Monday morning. Monday morning arrived and my wife had to go in again to talk to someone, and we were promised "tomorrow". Tuesday arrives, and when she went in again because no one answers the phone we are told they didn't even get the truck in. My wife called me in tears. She is stuck in *******, missing work and the rest of her life, and we still don't know when they will actually finish the work.

    Service ***** Lied to me. The sun visor brackets usually break on 2019-23 RAM, Cherokee, ******* and "the bracket can't be fixed or replaced so $385 to replace visor and bracket as a unit." $6.25 bracket kit online, 2 screwdrivers and one minute to DIY. They lie to women and try to cheat you.

    One star is being to nice. If you dont have a spare vehicle take yours somewhere else. I have taken my vehicle to them multiple times for warranty work. Everytime they never assess everything I tell them about. This last time they had my vehicle over 3 weeks with no rental. Which costed me money due to the nature of my job. I asked for a rental which my warranty covers but never got a call back. They charge you $87.50 just to make a phone call to your warranty company which is ridiculous! My truck is still not completely fixed. I told them my power steering was probably leaking because it is extremely low and and whining but they said it wasn't. I also got charged for a diagnostic fee for something that my warranty has covered twice in the past with no explanation to why they didn't cover this time. They also forgot to hook back up my air breather from my filter box to the motor neither clasp was tightened down. I didn't even notice this for over a week of driving my truck which probably isn't good for my motor. My truck now smokes almost everytime I start it and it never did that before they messed with it. It also smells like an exhaust leak which it never did before. I feel this place is ripping off warranty companies and people. I will never take my truck back to them if I can help it.
