On 3/18/24 Big A plumbing installed a bathroom faucet. It was making big loud "banging sounds" right away. On 4/3/24 the faucet was falling right off the counter & leaking water. I called Big A & was told they were all sick & couldn't come until the next week. Couldn't wait with the leak so called another emergency plumber who looked & asked "if this guy was even licensed" as the job was done so poorly. New plumber said no way would any plumber leave these ***** fittings either. I had earlier looked & the bracket used to hold the pipes in places was just shoved sideways in the hole! $220 later it's all fixed but now Big A has blocked my phone calls & won't respond to the ******************* sent them.

Big A Services - ********************* - Sorry for the delay, I was out of the state until 06/14/24 and did not get the notice until my return.  On March 8, 2024 Big A services went to the customer's home to rebuild the faucet in kitchen, repair both toilets and to fix faucets in both bathrooms.  Big A Services did fix the kitchen and the toilets but the faucets in the bathrooms was so corroded I was unable to fix them.  I took the time to tell her how to claim the warranty under ***** and gave her the phone number to call and get new faucets for the bathrooms.  I told her once she received the faucets to call Big A Services and set up an appointment to install.  On 03/19/24, I went to her home to install the faucets.  Customer called to inform ********************** that one of the faucet was loose.  Big A Services made an appointment on 04/04/24 to fix the problem.  She wanted Big A Services to come the same day that she called Big A Services.  Since this was not an emergency and the schedule for Big A was full, she was told I could not do the job on the same day.  She agreed to 04/04/24.  Customer called Big A on 04/03/24 to cancel appointment.  I received letter from customer that she wants me to pay the other plumber she hired.   The other plumber talked her into replacing shut off valves because of possible leak in furture.  We were not asked to change shut off valves and there was not leak when I was there.  The valves were functioning properly.  The neighbor that referred the customer to ********************** called to tell us that the customer was going to report us to ******************** if we did not pay her the money she has to pay the other plumber.  Big A Services invoice was $140.00 and the neighbor asked if we could pay her at least $70.00 to show good faith and Big A Services did and customer cashed the check.  ********************** did nothing wrong and if she chose to call another plumber, Big A Services is not responsible to pay for the other plumber.
