Property management is spiteful and greedy. As a renter in Ocala for over 15 years, I was with this group for 5 years and left the property clean inside and out. There was nothing outside of normal wear and tear, yet they held over $600 of deposit for 'cleaning & damages' without any explanation of charges. Any damages were noted annually with required inspection per their contract and yet they never addressed. Although carpeting throughout residence was original from 2006, a full professional cleaning was performed and documented upon returning possession. I have never left a residence needing more than a coat of paint. Performed a detailed cleaning with attention to under appliances, baseboards and inside cabinets. All of my previous landlords loved having me for a tenant; never late on paying rent, performed minor repairs and always managed my own pest control. I would not recommend leasing with this company.

Damages caused by tenants are charged again the security deposit at move out. All light bulbs, filters have to be in working order at move out according to the lease. Tenant was charged for 3 light bulbs, refrigerator water filter, 2 light lenses, and a new bathrooms sink that was damaged by tenant. Invoices available.

Light bulbs, yes I agree. The HVAC filter was brand new and an extra one was also left behind as well. The porch light screen was damaged prior to taking possession as well as the cracked bathroom sink from previous tenancy.
