Purchased Timberwolf 16ml on January 9, 2025. Delivered from ***** to Florida. The ** is good as new. I love it. Though I am still waiting for the title and the keys to the outside lock boxes. I have made numerous calls and emails about this. It's always taking a message and will call you back. Nobody seems to have an answer. They get paid to do the job, but I have to keep calling them to do the job. I am still waiting for the title and keys to the outside boxes with no answer.Business Response

On 1/18/25 I paid $6975 down payment for an ** purchase and was told the ** would be ready for pick up in two weeks. I still do not have any **, the dealership has reported an 8k open line of credit in my name that I owe but have no product or money, they are refusing to do business with me and refusing to close the loan account and refuse to refund my money. Theyve also ran my credit a second time on 2/21 without authorization.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:this is an extremely sugar coated version of the events and makes it sound like the blame is on me. I was never told I was ORDERING a unit, had to fight many times to get a reply from the business, never signed papers on 2/20 when I was in the business offices to have my credit run, in fact I told three employees they did not have permission to run my credit and those three employees told me they would not be doing so. I was blatantly lied to numerous times and the refund that I received initially bounced out of my bank account and had to reissued by Optimum RV. Other people need to know how this business operates, lets not just sweep this under the rug because they eventually gave my money back after over a month!

Complaint: 22977345
I am rejecting this response because:My money might have finally been returned to me but the damage done to my credit is now 68 points due to the Optimum RV opening a credit card and maxing it out under false pretenses. I now have to spend more of my time and energy to correct the problems caused by employee of Optimum RV and this should be know to other potential customers.
The stress and anxiety Ive endured is astonishing and its not even close to over yet. My opportunity to purchase from anyone else is ruined due to the unethical and deceptive practices of this dealership and I am not going to just say sure yes, we can drop this

I purchased a rv and was taken advantage of and lied too . The air conditioner was broken and there are several mechanical issues, a floor repair that was said to be done correctly was not. This lack of care in their repair has led to a severe mold issue which has caused my COPD to worsen and cause lung issues. I was lied to and taken advantage of, receiving a camper in much worse condition than what they represented. The camper was purchased in November, sales were slow and they saw an elderly woman, in need of a camper and was clueless, never having owned one before. There is documentation of repairs and my COPD. The entire floor in the bedroom needs repaired, mold needs to be taken out and the floor replaced. I can't live in this camper because of mold is causing breathing issues. we need the camper traded with another one that is suitable and won't kill me.Business Response

Warning,My experience with having my ** on consignment is as follows. It started around August 28th 2024! I wanted to sell my ** and I felt like it would be best to sell it to a dealership. Optimum RV turned me on to consign with them assuring me that they would take care of my ** both through email and verbally. Consignment is just fancy for selling it for me. This is how it has gone! At the intake of my vehicle they did a preliminary inspection that showed no damage to my **. Even though they did that inspection they make you pay for a Multipoint inspection for 399 dollars to get a complete evaluation of the ** for potential buyers. I thought that was a great idea so I paid and never received my multi-point inspection until Feb. 11 after several emails and phone calls. The report on Feb. 11 stated there is now nearly 30 grand in damages due to in their own words "Lack of Maintenance" (It has been there for 7 months now) The ** fifth wheel was worth 40 Grand by their evaluation at intake and now it seems they want me to call my insurance to fix the ** that was damaged under their care, in their lot and not being supervised well enough to know it was being damaged until I finally demanded for my multipoint inspection report that was paid for. I got called to drop the price 3 times because of "buyers" just to never have it sold (apparently the sales team didn't go in the ** because they would have seen the damage) In 7 months they have turned my camper estimated at over 40k (their evaluation) to $0 because the repairs are more than the value of the **. My ** is still there and my payments continue. I wish I picked a company that had morals and stood behind what they did! I also wish I would have read these reviews on the BBB. It would have sent up a red flag that I needed to just sell it myself. Now I won't even be able to do that.Business Response

**** ***** of Optimum RV corresponded with me for 2 weeks regarding a ************ RV that they had for sale in ************ He answered multiple questions regarding the unit and assured me that it was a solid unit when I inquired about soft spots or issues with the unit before I purchased flights and a rental car to come in for the day from *********** to look at it. He even stated that he had 2 employees walk the unit beforehand. Once the flights were purchased, he was notified of our flight arrangements and said he would make sure the unit was hooked up and ready for our inspection as well as another 3 units ready for viewing since we only had a short span of time before heading back to the airport to go home. Nothing promised was done and the unit was full of issues that were not disclosed. Even the details about the unit (like the number of ACs) were incorrectly given by Mr. ****** The salesman at the location stated that if they were notified by **** they would have walked the unit before we came all the way from *********** and would have told him that the unit had multiple soft spots and that we should not fly in to view it if we were not ok with that. The salesman also said that they were not notified that we were coming at all until we landed in Florida which did not give them enough time to set up anything. The manager assured us that they would report Mr. ****** horrible customer service to higher authorities and apologized for the situation. The fact that we spent an entire day traveling and the gas for the rental car will just be a loss but we need to be reimbursed on the flights ($357.34) and rental car fees (*****). We were misled and completely misinformed.Business Response

I purchased a 2011 Jamboree Sport from this business in November 2024. My sales person was great in helping me find the right unit. However, the service portion was a disaster. I paid for $999 for a pre-delivery cleaning fee. I was promised a camper that was "camp ready" and they did anything but that. I had a brief walkthrough when I came to pick up the unit where I was shown all the storage the unit had to offer. However, when I drove off with the unit, none of the outside storage was latched correctly as I traveled down the highway. I was very lucky nothing blew out. When I got home, the inside of the unit was not clean and the black (sewage) tank read full. I called the dealer about that and they said it could just be the sensor had something on it. Unconvinced, I took the unit to a dump station and found out the black tank was indeed full of the previous owner's sewage, which is both disgusting and does not fit the "camp ready" promise that was made. Additionally, when I took the unit in for its first oil change at a camping world in *********, ******* (paid $261). The mechanic indicated to me that there was no oil in the engine, no transmission fluid, and that the oil "plug" was an aftermarket cap that was not standard. He indicated it was the strangest thing he had ever seen, and it was amazing that I did not have more mechanical issues with no oil in the engine after I had driven it as long as I had. This feels like a massive safety issue that shouldve been addressed by the dealership. It took multiple phone calls to get them submit the permanent tag and registration to me. I did not receive these until mid-January and I bought the unit in the middle of November, which is unacceptable. For the amount of money that this unit cost, I did not get what I was promised in terms of service or responsiveness from this company. It felt as if they wanted nothing to do with me after they had sold me the unit and that safety was not a priority to them at all.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: the fluid levels were obviously not checked if there was no oil in the unit. If they were, please provide documentation from service showing how much oil was in the unit at the time of purchase. As far as the after market cap and the potential slow leak, I would think that should have been something mentioned by service if they had inspected it properly. Also I would argue that a full black tank would constitute an as necessary dump.As far as the offer to reclean the unit, I live 3 1/2 hours from the dealership, so this is not a convenient resolution for me By offering to reclean the unit, this indicates that it was indeed not clean and camp ready as promised.
I would prefer a refund of some sort for these issues. Please let me know what the $999 prep fee actually does cover and perhaps we can work something else out.
Sincerely,

The seller, Optimum RV, over-billed me for an ********** Agreement upon my purchase of a 2019 Winnebago Forza. Five months after the purchase (May of 2024), the plan refused to cover a repair expense, which revealed that **** from finance had allegedly made an "error." By their admission, they charged me $19,469.00 for an ********** Agreement that should have been only $9,374.00. Because I financed through them, Optimum RV had gotten me into a loan that was $10,000 more than what it should have been. Another financing representative (*********) agreed they would reimburse me for over-billing ($10,095) in June of 2024 via text. The $10,095 reimbursement was to go to me or the bank financing my loan (***********). As of January 16, 2025, neither the bank nor I have received the reimbursement. Even though a representative of Optimum RV refused to provide any formal apology in a reimbursement agreement in a formal document, I kept all of the text messages related to this agreement. In November, I requested an update. Optimum RV has yet to show that they made or intend to make any reimbursement. I am now stuck on a loan that I shouldn't have. Attached are the text messages between *********, a finance representative from Optimum RV, and a copy of the original and updated service agreement.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: The sender (see attached) of the message provided a tracking number (**********************) with no additional information or individual who generated the letter. The tracking number alleged to deliver something without clarification of what the something was (see attached). The tracking number went to an unknown address not associated with my address or the ************************* OZK P.O. Box 196 Ozark AR *****) where I pay may loan. As of to date, I have not received reimbursement nor is such reimbursement reflected on the banking institution loan account. The Sender did not even as for my account number with the lender. This is unacceptable. It appears to be just another stall tactic. They could have simply send the reimbursement to me.

Purchased travel trailer in July from OptimumRv. When we went to Pick up in August there was water damage inside which were not visible on date of purchase. We have photos of damage. We were told by Gen **** they were soda ************ was dragged on floor. We were informed by salesman window was recaulked after water seepage. They were ordering new parts ex: new bed, new ***************** door that was missing. They failed to address water issue & how to remedy. Or even admit there was water damage. They failed numerous phone calls to them & no replies back. Which forced us to retain an attorney & is costing us an additional $3500.00 on top of making 5 payments on a vehicle I dont have in my possession as of yet! We can no longer afford attorney fees, that are mounting up with no resolution to our situation. They are not not responding to our attorneys letters or calls. Any help you-can provide as we are retired on fixed income & only wanted to travel.Business Response

As of last week a call from them camper was ready then the next day another voicemail came they were waiting for another part. What can we do going forward? I am rejecting this response because:
We purchased this camper in July 2024 and we did an inspection and there was nothing wrong with the camper at that time! We went back to pick it up on August 13 and as we were doing a final inspection the person who was with us explained that they had to caulk one of the windows While we found out why because it had water seepage that damaged the camper when the general manager came out to look at it he fraudulently claimed and lied to us that it was ********* stains and not water! Since then we have paid the bank for the loan in the amount of $1554 and also Insurance of $300 plus storage fee of $300 to hold our spot for the camper! It is now February 16 seven months later and we still do not have the camper! Weve called several times and got the runaround by several people parts would be ordered it was ready we drove out to Ocala from ******* and it still wasnt ready! We just finally got a phone call a week or so ago that the camper is ready! At this point we do not want a damaged camper that we cannot if anything happened to it with the pre existing condition of the water damage can get proper insurance so we do not feel or do not want the camper we want our money back what prudent person would buy something that was damaged! We feel totally deceived by this company and their employees please can you do anything to help us!
