    On march 14 2024 I went to the ocala automall to purchase a vehicle. I spent over 5000 dollars on a vehicle that I was told was in great condition. I was.not told the vehicle had been in.an accident and had frame.damage. I was not told that there were problems with the transmission. I was not.told the it was rebuilt. I left the lot and went to tire.kingdom and they told me the vehicle was not safe to drive and I needed to bring it back.immediately. I called the automall to tell then I was bringing it back and by the time I got there everyone was gone. I left the vehicle there and came back the next day and I was.told I could not have my.money back or even trade the vehicle for one that was not damaged . I was told it only needed one part and I should order it from Amazon and have it put in. They were very rude and unprofessional. I took the vehicle.to my father's mechanic who said the vehicle should not have been sold without telling me about the rebuild or the accident with frame.damage. my father owns daytona beach taxi and called for the owner and the person that sold me the car told him the owner would not even return a customers calls at all.

    If I could leave no stars I would! We were excited to purchase our commercial vehicle from this lot. We had issues from the very beginning. The first issue was the buyers order we had was for the wrong vehicle and the dimensions of the truck we bought were completely wrong. We thought we were purchasing a 26 ft box truck and it was a 24 ft instead. Although, this should've been a huge red flag we proceeded with the purchase. We went and put the money down and left with the vehicle and this is where more problems arose. We were notified 30 days after purchase that our vehicle couldn't be registered. To our shock we wondered why this hadn't been done even though all fees were paid up front, and was told the "registration just couldn't be processed". The first excuse was because of our chosen insurance, the second excuse was because of the bank. The list of reasons (none of which made any sense to us) continued until finally 47 days after purchase we were told suddenly registration was done but now we needed to pay additional funds to get our Tag (which now was magically was in his possession). We called daily to talk with the rep ANTHONY (original and only rep we dealt with) to figure out the hold up and how we could resolve it. He was very rude, he hung up on us multiple times and when ask to provide supervising information he said "I'll have him call" then hung up again. I have never been so callously handled or had such and unprofessional encounter. PLEASE DON'T SUPPORT such an unprofessional establishment. Such a happy experiences was quickly soured by such poor customer service. 0/5 stars BUYER BEWARE
