    Made a in-person appointment yesterday, 3/30/2022 for today, 3/31/2022 to have my 2020 Lexus ES350 tinted. Appointment set, price given, received a confirmation email and asked to confirm the appointment, which I did. I arrived early today for my scheduled appointment only to be told the price was $100.00 more that what I was quoted at the shop the day prior. Why? Well, they say because door panels need to be removed and that makes it cost more. Why didn't you tell me that when you had the car there, in front of you the day before when I set the appointment with you? With the cost of gas and the frustration, this is unexceptable. You need to honor your price quotes... you had the car there and could see it... You had the make, model and year and still set the price. Unexceptable.
