    On 12/17/2024 we paid over half down for a small paver project, irrigation repair and new sod placement. On 12/18 work was performed but not completed and definitely not to our satisfaction. 1. The sod was not finished during daylight hours and the workers came back in dark and stepped on wet concrete and ruined the border poured earlier that afternoon. An attempt was made to correct instead of replacing the whole to look seamless 2. The sod was placed before the irrigation was repaired. When they came to repair the irrigation, pieces of grass had to be cut out to make the repairs and are not growing back together so it looks like a puzzle at this point. 3. A paver was cracked that they installed and we were told they were looking for a paver to match since they used all the pavers we had. 4. The contractors ruined brand new sod we had placed at the end of November 2024 in our front yard landscape replacement project done by another company. Existing sod was also trampled by walking on our side yard instead of using the open back alley when the work being done was all in the back yard of the house. We have waited **************************************************************************** sight. ****** has never once came back to our house to see what is wrong or damaged. The only time we saw him was to quote the job. Weve heard nothing from him since 1/2/2025 which is over a month now. The worst part? HE FRAUDULENTLY CHARGED OUR CREDIT CARD, WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION OR PERMISSION for the remaining balance which was supposed to be charged after everything was completed to our satisfaction. He now wont complete the job. Repeated attempts to contact ****** go unanswered.

    Sorry for the delayed response. We had a hard time getting access to this complaint.  We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced.  We have investigated the issue and have rectified the situation.  We appreciate your patience and understanding.   All issues were fixed and complete on 2/11/25 and 2/13/25.  On 2/11 the pavers issue was rectified;  and on 2/13 the landscape concerns were corrected.  The only issue still left is a broken paver. Since the customer supplied the **********************, they will need to supply the replacements as well.

    Date of the transaction: March 18 to March 20 Amount of money paid to the business: $3,328, half paid upfront and half paid on March 21 The business installed new sod around of my house while I was out of town and before we left the installer told us to set up the irrigation system to 30 mins per day for the next 30 days before the sun comes out which we did. They finished installing the sod on Wednesday March 20, when we came back on Sunday March 24 the sod was dry out, hard and brown. We have been calling the business since we came back Sunday, leaving them voicemails and even texting them about the issue and they are not responding. The sod has a 30 days guarantee and we want them to resolve the problem because we paid them and we will get a penalty from the *** if the lawn is brown. It is a brand new sod so it should all be green.

    Issue was resolved with customer . We installed two additional pallets of sod. Replaced all the dead sod since this compliant was filed. Customer is satisfied with final results.
