            I accepted a proposal for select and better 2 1/4' by 3/4" Red Oak flooring Select and better 1' to 10' random length unfinished in about 30 bundles for 810 sq ft on 2/24/24 and I wired money to their bank account # ************ at the Thread bank in Tennessee from Hills Bank in Kalona Iowa from my joint checking account # ******* with my wife (on wire it listed ****** * ******, my wife). The receiving bank ABA number was ********* This was sent the next morning by wire to expedite the shipping and I was told I would get the hardwood in 2 weeks. It is now 3.5 weeks and they won't answer the phone and no hardwood has arrived. I talked to Thread Bank on Friday 3/8/24 and they initiated a legal process. My sales guy was Anthony: Anthony C.
