I placed an order on my phone through their website ( SKN Glow Serum) after completion I noticed they added 3 products I did not want. I immediately called SKN Glow Serum customer service at 877.672.6809 to request a corrected order and I was informed that they can not do that so I then requested to cancel my order completely and was informed there would be a restocking fee of $9 for each of the 4 products I didn't even receive yet. The merchant went on to say he (Martin) could apply a 50% discount and again I told him to cancel! I have contacted my credit card company and they advised to wait until Monday and they could stop payment. This website automatically enters an order for you when trying to purchase one item and then the company refused to cancel my order! Their advertisement is misleading and unfair they are sending me products I wish to cancel and charging an outrageous amount for them My $7.53 trial order is now almost $100 and they refuse to help me or cancel this order in its entirety! Order # ******* placed today 5.14.2022 around 9 am central time called by 9:15 am to cancel and was denied ability to do so. Please stop this company from robbing anyone else with their deceptive sales tactic. Please stop my order before my **** card is charged! Thank you ******* ********Initial Complaint

When I ordered this product it was from an advertisement. It said free and only pay shipping. I ordered one product...or so I thought. The next day I noticed I had 3 different amounts debited to my bank account. 1 for $7.53, $6.53, and 1 for $32.99. I immediately called and the rep said he would refund my money and when I received them to return them. I waited for a refund...it never came. So when I received the 3 items I called back and spoke with another rep and she said there are no refunds and no returns. I was livid and threatened with the BBB. She put me in hold and came back and said she refunded $32.99 and $7.53. And said to keep the products they are not returnable. This was February 18th. Then on March 6th I get a charge of $124.98 on my bank card from them. I immediately called them and the rep said I was supposed to call them back and give them a report on how well they worked for me and since I did not do this they are charging me full price. The rep said too bad. So sad. I disputed with my online bank Go2 Bank and I have been waiting for resolution. I disputed it over the phone and called them 16 days later to find out why it was not resolved. It turns out go2bank is waiting for me to send them a letter in the mail of dispute. I am going to the Better Business Bureau on Monday and reporting this blatant theft of my money. And the advertisement showed Jennifer Aniston endorsing this product. i have attached copies of everything.
