      I purchased Folliboost April, 2023. I received all 6 bottles, but it did not work, I requested an RMA well within the 180 day money back guarantee and received that. On August 1, 2023 I returned all of the used and unused product bottles and sent them the tracking number. On August 13, 2023 I emailed again since I hadn't shown refund on my credit card or received any communications, asked why I hadn't received a refund to my credit card since I know they received everything on August 6th. I received a reply stating, "your return has been received, however, we were not able to process your refund due to a processor error." I have been asked multiple times to provide my PayPal account to get my refund. And I have responded I do not have an active PayPal account. They offered a check, but I do not trust receiving and cashing that at this point and declined. I have asked for them multiple times to either refund my credit card and that I would give them the information that they have on file from original purchase or to Zelle or Venmo me the $144.00 refund. Their Tricholabs.com website states "Customer Satisfaction is Our #1 Priority." This is definitely not my experience. The refund policy on the website makes no reference that refunds must be made via PayPal. They have offered no agreeable resolution. I appreciate BBB's assistance in obtaining my refund.

      On April 30 the customer placed an order for 6 bottles of Folliboost, for $144.

      On August 16th we processed the refund request of $144, which should have taken 3 - 10 business days to receive. They will need to check with their bank for the refund.

      I purchased Foliboost. It did not work, I requested an RMA received that and returned all the unused product and the empty bottle. 3/9/2023 I have been told multiple times that I have to have a PayPal account to get my refund. I do not want to have a PayPal account.

      We do show that the returned items were received. A refund of $144 will be sent once she confirms her PayPal information for our refund department to issue refund to the PayPal account.

      6 bottles of Folliboost product were returned; the package was received by Tricho Labs in ************* ** on April 17, 2023. **** Tracking number is ***********************. The business has confirmed receipt of it and agree I am due a refund. Tricho Labs refuses to refund $155.97 to my original form a payment on a **** credit card. They insist on refunding money to PayPal. I do not have a PayPal account and have no desire to open an account. I suggested they send a paper check to which they refused. Their Tricholabs.com website states "Customer Satisfaction is Our #1 Priority." This is not my experience. The refund policy on the website makes no reference that refunds must be made via PayPal. I have called several times and requested to speak with a supervisor for resolution. They have offered no resolution. I appreciate BBB's assistance in obtaining my refund.

      To Whom It May ******** Re: Folliboost Hair Serum - Designed to Restore Health and Vitality to your Hair - Order Number ***** I am a senior female of 76 years old and I listened to the lengthy tape and video regarding Folliboost from ******** on 3/28/23, and so I placed an order for the Folliboost Hair Serum which cost me $144.00 on 3/28/23; however, early the very next morning of 3/29/23 I received an email from this company (Tricho Labs) telling me that my order had been placed and on its way to me. It was then that I noticed that the Ship to and Billing address were both incorrect, so I contacted Tricho Labs immediately to correct both the shipping and billing address on my order. At this time I spoke to a man who said whose agent number was 433 and whose name was *******, and at this time I also requested I be sent a new order and confirmation, which he said would be ordered right away. I awaited an email confirmation but never received one. I contacted Tricho again on 4/5/23 and this time and this time I spoke to a woman by the agent number of 195 and I explained my ordeal to her again and that I wanted my order that I had already been charged for, and was pretty much told the same thing as what the first rep had assured me of reordering for me; but once again, I never received a replacement order for my product. As I mentioned, I'm a senior, and I do not have extra money to be wasting, but I would like my product or reimbursement of my $144.00.

      I am rejecting this response because:  The tracking number that Tricho Labs provided the BBB is for the same shipment tracking information for the initial order that was sent and shipped to the incorrect address and received on 4/1/23 at someone's front desk at the incorrect address in **********, **, but was NEVER RECEIVED by me at my home on ***************, *********, **. I don't know if they didn't think that I would not be smart enough to check the **** mail tracking information, but I did, and Tricho mentioned that they sent out a new shipment, but this is NOT TRUE, as I have NOT RECEIVED a replacement from them nor any new tracking information or email from them.

      On October 31, 2022, I purchased 3 bottles of Foliboost Hair Serum at $96.00. There was a 90 day return policy. Shortly after I started using it, my neck started itching like crazy and I requested to return it to Tricho Labs. The return was received by Tricho Labs at ****************** *************** ** ***** on 1-24-2023 at 9:57am and signed for by **************. I sent them all the infor they asked for. The ***** tracking number is **** **** ****, Never receiving the refund, I called them on 3-1-2023 at ************ to inquire about my refund. After being hung up on the first time by #***, I called back and spoke to what I thought was a supervisor #*** and was told my refund would be posted to my credit card within 3 to 4 business days. When I never received the credit, I called back of 3-13-2023 and spoke with ****** #***. She asked for my paypal account email and said it would be posted to my paypal account between 3 to 4 business days. Never received it I called again on 3-24-2023 spoke with ****** #***. To this day 3-29-2023 I have never received my refund. I would like it credited to my original purchase credit card not paypal. I would appreciate anything you could do to resolve this situation.
