    I worked with a representative named Patsy L***. She was very knowledgeable and patient. She spent a significant amount of time reviewing the alternatives with me. Pros and Cons. I was very happy.

    Im mad due to fact they sgin up me up to plan. That I dont want then lady said we called you back two days they then now they cant talk. Im at ***** risk. They told me cancel I had canceled appointments that I need and Im stuck with out medication they dont care they money off people. I live ******** they HMO

    These people are driving me crazy with their excessive phone calls. I get about an average of 8 a day. When you try to call to call back from the number they just called from, it says it's not a working number. I will not do business with a company that uses burner phones. They call from a different number each time. It's becoming harassing.

    An agent from ******** *** helped me to chose a gap plan and prescription drug plan when i first got on ********, she explained it to me well. The ******** web site is easy to navigate, you put in all the info and it gives you a list of options with costs, but i believe you need a state licensed broker to sign with an insurer. I have a gap plan with aetna, it works well for me , the cost does go up every year, but SSI has kept up with it so far, and from what I understand if i tried to change insurers i would be rejected for health reasons. I stopped using ******** so i haven't heard from ******** *** for years, i review my prescription drug plan with state provided assistance every year during enrollment period, at the local senior center.

    They have agents who named Bobbi B. who stole my family’s identity and then canceled OUR Insurance

    I used them to apply for an SBLI Medigap policy. I was quoted a price and when I got billed the price was higher than what I was quoted. I called them to ask about it and they said they would call me back at a scheduled time later that morning. I have yet to hear back from them. I consider this very unacceptable customer service. When I have to renew I am definitely going to be looking for another company.
