      This company has provided me two call tag numbers to pick up damaged merchandise that was delivered to my home and havent followed up at all. The box has been sitting on my porch for over a week and they dont answer any phone calls. *** disputed the charge with my credit card company and they are investigating.

      I purchased a Live Casual Universal 4ft. Or 5ft. Outdoor Swing Stand ITEM:# LCO-001 from WestChaseShops, *** (dba porchswingcompany.com / porchtopatio.zendesk.com) on October 06, 2022 This swing stand is supposed to be for outdoor use, yet after just two months in my yard the paint has bubbled and cracked all over the stand, and the metal is rusting. Completely unacceptable for a $200 stand to fail after two months. I purchased this stand as a Christmas gift in October, and we put it up in January when our new swing arrived. (I live in Georgia, so spring starts in January) I was very pleased with the look of the stand, and I expected we would be able to enjoy it for a couple of years. But by the end of February, it looked like this! (see photos below for a small sample of the entire surface) It breaks my heart that it has failed so terribly. I requested a refund but the best the Porch Swing Company offered was to send another stand with shipping at my expense, or a $50 store credit. The last thing I want is another one of these stands. It is extremely poor quality, and the Porch Swing Company does not stand by its products so I will not be purchasing from them again. I am a very unhappy and unsatisfied customer indeed. ******************************************************************************************************************

      I purchased a porch swing from the porch swing company apparently via west chase shops on 8/24. I paid via PayPal and WestChaseShops, *** showed as the merchant. I received the porch swing, however I believe the company or an employee at least is responsible for fraud. Today, 9/27/22, I received multiple emails from PayPal regarding changes being made to my account. One of the emails addressed me as **** ***. When I logged into my PayPal account I was notified that fraudulent activity had been detected. I reviewed my recent purchases to insure nothing had been fraudulently purchased. When I reviewed the purchase from West Chase Shops I noticed that the delivery address showed to be my address but with the addressee being **** ***. I do not believe this is a coincidence especially when I just read other BBB reviews regarding issues with this company. Again I believe there is fraudulent activity at this company and they should be avoided.

      I ordered a porch glider from this company and never received it. I live in Kansas, and it shipped from Pennsylvania to Texas, and then went back to Pennsylvania. I cannot talk to anyone on the phone and have yet to get a response via email from them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I just want my money back. This is ridiculous. Terrible customer service, and from what others are saying, terrible build quality. I wish I had read up on reviews before ordering. Please refund my money. My order number is 268623.

      I purchased a swing from this company for over $400. I bought the swing on the premise that it had all 5 star ratings. I got the swing in and put it together and it's poor quality, the swing doesn't line up correctly and the back is very low making it uncomfortable to sit in. My family doesn't use it, they'd rather sit on the patio chairs because it's too uncomfortable. I reached out to the company to see if I could return the swing and they don't take returns on assembled swings. Well, that sucks but I understood so I decided to leave a 1 star review to warn others and move on. Sure enough my review was deleted, retaining their 5 star average. Now I'm livid because I was misled into believing I was purchasing a 5 star swing, only to find out that they remove any and all bad reviews from their website. I would like to return my swing for a full refund due to the illegal practices of this company.

      9/21/21: for my porch swing I ordered a custom bench seat & 2 matching pillows. Bench seat was $229 Pillows were $189 Order #****** I received the bench seat but not the pillows. I received the bench seat on 11/17. I received the tracking delivery confirmation stating I received part of the order but it said I received the pillows and not the bench. I actually received the bench and not the pillows. I waited patiently for the pillows to arrive but they haven't. I waited longer on the pillows because they had called me and updated the piping on my pillows... not sure if this "update" is why the order got separated or not. Anyways, I followed up recently on 2/4/22 to ask where my pillows were and they claimed I received them. They gave me the fed ex shipment tracking receipt (286127600360) for the pillows (which was the day I received the bench not the pillows) but regardless it said partial shipment and so I asked for them to provide the other tracking shipment confirmation (for the bench) and they couldn't. They said it all shipped together. Then they said they couldn't help me because it was after 30 days. How am I to be held to 30 days when I didn't receive the product? I am a reasonable person except for the fact that I paid an outrageous amount for 2 pillows. And now for 2 pillows I never received. They did offer me a 50% discount but I do not trust them nor would I give them any more of my money. I feel helpless and taken advantage of. I would love some help in this matter. I am thankful the BBB exists.

In all, I just wanted the pillows I paid for and now I am getting them. I believe they responded without fear of the BBB which means they cared about me as a customer and not just getting a bad rating. I did warn them of my complaint to you (but after they remedied the problem) so they may be confused because of timing. & if it helps I now think they are a good company since they acted on their own accord and they have good products. So if you'd like to close this you can or you can wait the 2-3 weeks until I receive the pillows. Thank you so much! It was nice to know someone had my back.
