What a difference a year and 6 months makes. I called peaceful Paws memorial for my dog. Just died, the person I talked to was very respectful. Very courteous and kind. He told me how it works. He gave me the price and all the procedures. So I took my dog the next day to their company for the cremation. So I'm taken care by a man name. supposedly ****** and he tells me that the person that I talk to by the phone made some errors and they will have to charge me even more. I let it be cause I was in stress over my dog's passing and wanted to get this over with as soon as possible. As a token, he offered me a paw **** print for the error they made now Everything was gonna cost even more. Then they told me over the phone. After that the whole process was over, he gave me a brown bag of peaceful paws memorial service or the envelope inside with the print cremation. ID that I never opened until yesterday for a year has passed since my dog's cremation. And I had just lost my other dog. That was her sister. So I called again the same company to get this ordeal over with. And here's how everything from 1 year will be totally different. The person of the phone was ruled. They didn't want to talk to me after.I was trying to get that information that I've been here a year ago.You send me to come in.When I couldn't and I told him I'll come the next day.He didn't have much help at all pretty much of a jerk.So the next day passes I go Early? To get the route awakening when I was finding the phone of the lady who was working that day that I'd been there before. She was asking for a barcode scan but I filled the form like I did the last time with all the information on my dog just like before to receive that, my dog from last year. Her formation wasn't even there registered in the computer like I was never there. They wanted to charge me even more than the first time. Not the price of man told me by the phone yesterday again

Peaceful paws cremated my beloved cat, ****** *****. She was euthanized on a Monday and by Thursday her ashes were at the vet's office. I had Chatty ***** euthanized at home and the vet took her remains to be cremated so I did not have direct contact with Peaceful Paws personnel but what I do know is that they provided an expeditious service. When I went to pick up her ashes, a pretty bag with paw prints contained a wooden box (her name was engraved on the box) with her ashes, a small glass pendent in the shape of a heart (with her ashes inside), certificate of private cremation and a sympathy card with Chatty's paw print on the back. I am satisfied with the service they provided and their presentation of same. Thank you.

I wanted to coordinate home euthanizing and they sold me a package for cremation services as well. When I tried to cancel the cremation and just get the euthanizing they told me it was illegal and I HAD to get the cremation and that it was illegal for the ********* out and just do the euthanizing service. I found plenty of other people who were willing to just provide one service. I felt that this was predatory to try and force me into an expensive package when we were at our lowest and most vulnerable point - dealing with the lost of a pet.

Client booked our ********* to their home for at home euthanasia. When vet arrived at home client cancelled. Also client ordered special urns that was ordered before she cancelled. We did explain to her that it is against the law to bury your pet in your back yard in South ******* and informed her to call Miami Dade Animal services for local law and code enforcement. We offered her a partial refund and she refused. We are truly sorry for her experience with us, but client was informed at time of booking that the euthanasia service is non refundable if not cancelled within 24 hours of appointment.
