10/4/23 I was informed by termite contractor there was a leak under the ** corner of the home. I called ****** Plumbing who came the same day. He saw the wet boards under the home. He opened the access to the shower pipelines which is above this area and noticed a leaking line. He suggested having a leak detection company check the home. Leak Finders of Central ******* came the following day and found one leak. The plumber capped off that line. Both contractors showed me the leaking line. I contacted Around the ****************** **** who came immediately and placed a heater and several fans in the master bath and under the home. These ran until leak contractor returned on Tuesday 10/10/23. He found no wet areas. I asked the plumber to replaced all water lines in the home which was done on 11/1 & 11/2/2023 with Superpex piping. The plumbers saved all the removed pipes which I have. I have taken multiple pictures.All water line piping in our home was replaced by Eco One on 4/7/2021. Their contract document notes replace all POLY/CPVC hot and cold water lines with UPONOR (PEX) under the home and through floor.On 11/14/2023 I made initial contact with Eco One and spoke with *****, Manager. I explained all the above. I gave her copies of all company invoices as related to above. ***** took pictures of the bundle of pipes. I explained that I am looking full reimbursed for the costs of fixing the leak damage and the cost that Eco One charged to do the pipe replacement at a total cost of $5048.00. She said *********** was not available and that she would share all with him and ask him to follow up with me. Since then I have made contact with ***** at Eco One on multiple occasions: 11/20, 11/27, 11/30, and 12/1/2023. ************ was not available. She informed me that she shared the information with Mr. ******************* and asked him to call me with follow up on this situation and resolution. As of today I have received no phone call or communication from Eco One Plumbing Services.
