Received a text message about avoiding non-compliance and escalation to call 904-********, when I called the number it was a non working number so I opted out of receiving anymore text messages. But it’s not the first time they have called or texted. At this point they are harassing me.

I have received several harassing phone calls from a woman named ***** who says she works for Global Processing Solutions, Global Processing Solutions website provides a phone number that goes straight to voicemail. Amber claims to be try to settle a debt taken from a PayDay loan company. Beyond this, I have no information. She refuses to send documentation of original paperwork that would show when and where loan was taken along with signature. I've been a homemaker for the past 23 years thus haven't received a pay check in that time. I have filed a report with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation Fraud dept. She has offered several different 'settlement fees" claiming the debt was approximately $1700. I am including the only documentation that she has provided. Thank You, ****** *******

***** from Global Processing called me to inform me that I owe 1764 on a payday loan that will be going to collections. She won't provide any documentation regarding such and there has never been a payday loan. I called back from another number that they didn't have and was told that they can't talk to anyone.

I do not have the credit reporting yet, only that they indicate they are sending it to them.

I received a text message stating I needed to contact GPS before my account was sent to their processing dept. I called and they had information on me from 12+ years ago stating I took a payday loan out with Advanced America, which I have no idea who they are, and I have had 2 payday loans, but it was never with them, plus those other 2 payday loans have been paid off since 2016. Furthermore, they stated that if I didn't pay $300 that day or at least set up a payment arrangement for $500.00 bi-weekly with a payment of $100.00 that I would be sent to the legal dept for garnishment. I didn't have time at that moment to research them so I gave them a prepaid debit card number with no money on it to shut them up until I could look into them. I gave the rep that called me my email address at least 3 times because I told them I wanted to see these documents they have and their little agreement to pay so I could have my attorney look it over and I never received anything. The number that I was given was ************ if i had any further questions but I received a text from ************ to call a number at ************ initially that started all of this. I have no idea who these people are nor have I ever did business with the company they are saying I did, but she claimed to have paperwork showing I signed a contract and everything but wouldn't send it to me so I could see for myself.

On June 15, 2023, I was contacted by GPS and was notified that I was being involved in a civil lawsuit because I had defaulted on a payday loan back in 2012. I asked for the original account number and was not provided with that. I then asked the business license which was provided, I looked it up and there was no records associated with that business which I was told was located in Jacksonville Florida. I then called the company in which GPS stated I had the loan with back in 2012. The company looked through their records and did not find any loans for that year. The number that they provided to me was ************. The representative stated that if I do not respond back to them within the 24 hour hold before they send this to a judge, I would have to pay $1800 dollars and then I would get garnished for 35% of my paycheck and have my assets held by a judgement and I would have to present myself in court where I reside in. The representative was very rude and also stated that she would put me on a recorded line saying that I don't want the settlement that they are offering me.

On June 7, 2023, Mediation Processing Services, LLC, contacted me. They indicated that I had a payday loan for $1,300 in default and they were prepared to sue me in out of state court and even garnish my wages for repayment. They also claimed that they had mailed two letters to my home address, and they were able to tell me where I lived, my driver's license number, and other details that could only be available from me. This debt was not undertaken by me, and no letters to me had ever been received. However as a mediation company they were willing to settle the debt for $300. I told them this was not my debt and informed them that my credit was frozen, so there was no way anyone had taken out a debt in my name. They said they would be transferring my information to their fraud department and someone would be in touch. I have yet to hear from Mediation Processing Services, LLC, but they clearly have lots of my personal information. Please let me know what I can do to resolve this issue.
