T ******** is correct, they have done the exact same thing to me. My insurance company is going to deny the claim for $16k for work in a room that was about 250 sq ft. The first thing they wanted was to know how much my insurance would pay and have tried to get the maximum amount for what they did not do. The water that was there it wasn't enough to do the damage they are claiming as we dried the floor before they came. They used the complete square footage of the room to charge and the section of the wall that was damp. They have over exaggerated everything they've done.At this point it is to contact the State Attorney General and let them know there is a bad actor posing as a business to rip customers off. I called and asked them to be honest about the work and that's not how they operate, meaning in honesty. As ****************** stated STAY AWAY, FAR AWAY! Hopefully the AG's office will take action.
