    I'm very pleased with Bob Heinmiller Air Conditioning and my new Carrier HVAC installation. The consultant was very knowledgable, helpful and thorough explaining Carrier systems that would work best for me in my home. It was important for me to find value, reliability and dependability in a new system. My consultant was very professional and had many years in the HVAC business. Focusing on VALUE he helped me chose a system that would provide me the latest technology and efficiency, use less energy, reduce humidity levels in my home and improve my overall comfort. I was provided an honest proposal and contract quote. My consultant promised to take care of registering my Carrier equipment and making sure I was signed up for all my Carrier warranty coverages. As a bonus incentive I was offered my first year of maintenance free. He also was very helpful explaining my finance options, offering me flexable payment terms. After agreeing to terms, installation started next day. Two installers were here all day, polite and respectful when I had questions. They were thorough in their work, obviously paying attention to details and making sure the installation was done right. My new HVAC system is up and running well, I'm very pleased. The technitions made sure to take the time before leaving to explain all the details of my new system, especially the programmable thermostat, which was totally new to me. I'll be sure to recommend Bob Heinmiller Air Conditioning to all my family members, friends and neighbors in my Clermont, Florida community.     They do not communicate. Their service techs for the most part are untrained or incompetent. Over a week with no air. 3 service visits. Still nothing. Will not let me speak to the owner.

    Bob Heinmiller Solar Solutions provided a home roof solar system that was competitive and complete. There are many competitors in this area of solar systems for your home. After interviewing a number of suppliers I found that Bob Heinmiller was the most honest and straight forward of all the companies. They were also helpful with available options for the system and did a great job on the installation. I would highly recommend this company to anyone interested in putting a solar system on their roof.
