    Joke of a company. Have them come out And fix something then something else breaks right away. We have spent over 40k with this company only ro have a malfunctioning unit.

    ******* came in and did a thorough review of my air conditioning system. He kept me informed throughout the entire appointment. He addressed all of my concerns and answered all of my questions. ******* found some safety issues that he brought to my attention. He showed me photos of everything. I will be requesting ******* again.

    I scheduled my yearly maintenance and they sent **************** must say what a professional respectful individual. He made sure to inform me of what he was doing and why. Hopefully next time a schedule my maintenance they send him again.

    They don't honor their warranty and they install units that don't work. I believe the main reason they have so many positive reviews isn't because they do quality work but because the technicians insist that you leave a review before they leave your home. It feels like theyre a con operation with clever marketing designed to make the consumer believe their customers are satisfied.

    I have a 5 ton & a 2 ton unit heat pump units in my home that have both required emergency service in the past 6 months. For the first repair I consulted with 3 well-known HVAC companies and got different diagnoses before hiring Our Place to do the repairs. I've had the 5t unit repaired successfully under warranty and replace the 2t unit to include new ductwork and insulation in that part of the house. I am very satisfied with my investment and the service from management, dispatchers, and especially the techs involved. The 2 most professional and trusted techs I've worked with are *************************** and ***************************! One is Service, the other is Production. Both are very knowledgeable and take the time to evaluate, then explain the situation the options for repair before replacement. They should be recognized for representing Our Place in the best possible way. Pricing is more than fair. I'm the last person that wants surprise expenses, but feel good about their guidance and prompt follow up to resolve big or small issues. Thank you.
