      I ordered auto parts for my car from Ecklers industries. I received part of my order. I have tried multiple times to contact this company y with no answer. I sent multiple emails with no reply. As they only sent some of my items and have not responded to me or reached out to me about my order being short. I want to return what I received. This is a shady company to say the least. Part******* front brake caliper R is back ordered until early December. I have reached out to advise Mr. * of this.******* will remain on the order unless he calls or emails to cancel. If he chooses to return the other items then we will issue a refund.

      I have been ordering from Ecklers for a long time with no problem, but for some reason they can't seem to do anything right. I ordered a bulb set costing $29 for the restoration of my 81 Corvette and received a fuse/flasher kit worth $12. I emailed the customer service twice with no response. I have been trying to call for 4 days and no one answers the phone. Now, I just got charged twice for the same order I placed for $85.10, but was suppose to get a refund of $85.47. What are they doing, I will order future parts for another Corvette vendor, I don't have time for Ecklers games.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/09/13) */ I have reached out to Mr. *. left a voicemail for him to return my call. If he received a wrong part it would need to be returned for a refund. I am also not seeing duplicate charges. Will update once I speak with Mr. *. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2021/09/15) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I received a call from a representative(Kelly) who did not provide resolution. She stated that I would have to send back the item that Ecklers sent wrong at my cost and reorder the part I initially ordered. This is not how it works. She also made a lot of excuses of why this happen, stating they were short handed, that their parts come from overseas AND THAT THEY ARE A WEEK AND A HALF BEHIND, THIS IS NOT MY PROBLEM. She did not know what she was talking about, she stated the refund was issued on Aug 12 when in fact it was just issue yesterday. To this date I still do not have the part I ordered or a replacement, just a lot of excuses. I'm done with Ecklers after being a loyal customer since the 80 when I brought my first Corvette.

      On 08/31/21 at 0041 hours, I placed order ********* for $309.87, which included next day air shipping. The item never arrived. I sent emails to [email protected] and [email protected] on the 08/31/21 and 09/02/21 requesting the status of my order and never received a response. I called 877-815-5799 numerous times, but was on hold over 45 minutes with no answer, so I hung up. On 09/02/21, after waiting on hold for 57 minutes a customer service representative answered and advised that my order was never shipped next day because they are out of stock. I immediately cancelled my order with the representative and requested an order cancellation number or email. He advised that they were closing for the day, but I that would receive the cancellation email the following morning (09/03/21). I never received the cancellation email, and per my online account, the status of my order states "processing," not "cancelled." I am requesting the BBB's assistance in obtaining a refund.

Eckler Industries, Inc. immediately reached out to me via a telephone call after I complained to the BBB. I advised them that I complained due their lack of customer service via the telephone (being on hold for over 45 minutes multiple times) and their non responsiveness to emails. I also advised that when a customer cancels an order, he/she should receive some form of a cancellation confirmation (number or email). Eckler Industries, Inc. advised that they are very busy, and I told them that I understand, but that they need to be transparent with their messaging, in reference to telephone call hold times and responsiveness to emails. I was ultimately reimbursed for my cancelled order, they provided a cancellation email and they responded to my original email 8 days after it was sent, even though they advise that they respond in 2 or 3 days. I will NOT order from Eckler Industries, Inc. in the future.

      Sold parts that are clearly marked by the parts manufacturer as NOT for my vehicle. Their website and customer service both claim "the part will fit" even though pictures clearly show it wont work. Part number ****** clearly marked for 1963-1982

This part is for a 1959-1972 late great chevy, 1955-1957 classic chevy and a 1963-1982 Corvette. Mr.** disagreed and that is fine. We have issued a refund for the part in the amount of $14.99.       7-13-21 I ordered a front bumper cover for my Camaro. A week goes by and i email them about my order and there was no response. I call and due to "high call volume" i was on hold for a hour and 43 minutes. Once in contact with someone they advised me that the product wasn't actually in stock, its on back order and I wouldn't get it until the end of the month. Once I got to the beginning of the month i called to cancel the order and was "granted" my return but a week goes by and i called for another hour hold just to be told that they had to release it to my bank and it take a week to do so. Fast forward to today after still calling and trying to to get my money back and its still the same situation. 1000 characters just isn't enough to go into detail about what all went on. JUST GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK

Mr.** was never charged the funds were released back to his method of payment on 7.27.21 I reached out to advise he would need to check his bank statement and with his bank.

      I had my hood get stuck so i bought a part(corvette c4 hood release tool). and i paid $50 for 1 business day shipping on thursday, it's now monday and the part still hasn't came in. i would want a complete refund, since i already had a mechanic fix the issue, and i spend money on that.

He chose next day air which is delivered on business days only. He should have chosen Saturday delivery. The package was delivered 8.9.21. If he would like he can return the item for a refund however we will not be refunding shipping as the item shipped correctly. You can't place an order at almost midnight and expect it to be delivered the next day. Customer has been advised when he called in to customer service.

      Macs Auto Parts, owned by Eklers, charged my bank 3 times for the same order. Then sent the same order 3 times. They will not provide shipping to return and wont recognize the issue. Sat on hold for hours, no emails returned. They just said they wont give me a return lable.

A: As I have emailed, called and stated, I have "several" of the SAME order and only need one. So....the other two, I dont need. And since last week, you have had those two orders. I sent them back. USPS Tracking: *************************** The reason there were three orders is because one of your reps processed it 3 times. Someone rude on the phone (pull the call) stated I pressed order 3 times. Not true, im a tech guy, pretty good at the ole PC. Anyway, a hit of quality control would have raised a red flag. Dont I have to prove im not a robot at the bottom of the page anyway? Also, each fresh order your web page should require a field be re entered e.g. card code/exp. date. Anyway, this has been a fiasco. All you had to do to make this correct was email me a freaking return label. This is YOUR issue. Fix your tech, return my funds for the product that YOU have and charged me for.       I ordered parts from their online website. After making the purchase, I discovered the prices were higher than other vendors selling identical parts. I observed on Eckler's web site, they have a price guarantee. I called their support line on Friday 7/16/21, and spoke with Lyndsay. She told me they do not have a price guarantee. I will include as attachment a print screen from their website with the guarantee. Also attaching the prices elsewhere. I am only including two, but there are other sites selling the same part for less. I would like a refund for the price difference please, honor their guarantee they state they have.

      Placed an order July `15, 2021, my credit card has been charged. Ecklers has not shipped my order and will not answer their phone so I can check on it, the order # that was sent to me says invalid #,have sent an email for some kind of answer also with no response.
