      I have ask on several times to cancel the order, they refuse to answer or do so. This company is a sham and should not be able to continue business.

      This is not a customer of our business. As reported to both the state as well as Meta, there is a brand out there on Instagram that has completely copied our name and likeness. Our attorneys are currently assisting with this issue as well. Kindly note that this customer does not have and has not ever placed an order with our business. The BBB needs to open a new file for this other company pretending to be our brand, as this is not the first time we have heard about them doing things incorrectly. Thank you. This can be closed.

      This business is a complete scam and ****** needs to be taken down for fraud. He as well as Alphawear are both a complete joke and disgrace to the entire fitness industry. I as well as many others have been verbally assaulted by this sorry excuse of a man. He reaches out with offers of being an ambassador and official athlete but when you don't respond within an hour or tell him after research this doesn't feel like a real opportunity instead of being welcoming and supportive to provide secureness in his business he proceeds to say "You're dumb, inexperienced, and now have no future in the fitness industry after I let everyone know how much of a waste of time you've been to me." I am so glad that I have never spent a single dollar on this company and I would advise nobody to ever. ****** is a complete FRAUD. My thoughts go to anybody who has been affected by the distaste this company leaves in your mouth.

      This person has absolutely zero relation to our business. We paused our athlete program on boarding months ago, so we have no idea who this person is or why they are making up utter nonsense based solely on already debunked fake reviews by individuals that play no role in or with our business. This is a sad problem with todays internet, unfortunately. People with nothing going for them often find the need to post negatively about successful people/company's when they have clearly never built anything on their own. We have no idea who this person is and this person has never, ever been associated with our long established and respected brand of 11 years. Luckily, the BBB is helping us resolve any fake or made up complaints. Whomever you are, do better. Thank you.

      I ordered product in November was to be shipped in 7-10 days. I was notified that product would arrive January 14th of 2024. Package did not arrive and I email Alphatech Apparel. Alphatech Apparel replied two days later with tracking number saying it was shipped. Tracking number was useless because package had never left their warehouse. I received jacket on February fifth after asking on January 19th to cancel order. The order was sent back and was acknowledged of its return with no refund.

      This customer has the wrong business. All of orders are shipped and this customer has never purchased from our website. Our company name is Alpha Wear and we have been a long established and respected brand for over 10 years in this industry. We dont sell jackets and we arent familiar with the brand name mentioned in this complaint. Please close this asap as these inaccurate complaints should not be happening on our profile. Thank you.

         This customer has the wrong business. We have no orders in our system for this name or order number. More so, our order numbers are in the ****** range. We also dont sell hoodies currently.

         There is however another company from another country that has recently copied our entire brand name, likeness, and instagram. We have reported it over 600 times to Meta and they are helping us get them removed or at least have them change their name back. 

         This complaint has nothing to do with our business and needs to be closed promptly. Thank you in advance and we hope this customer is able to get what they paid for from that other company.

      This company is called alpha. It should be called beta. At 10:01 am ****** reached out to me for the first time. As the owner here at Alpha Wear. It is very rare that I reach out to an athlete applicant directly, but we have a few athlete managers away at an event and we think there may have been some sort of breakdown in communication. I am going to do my best to help get you set up today while Im here in the headquarters with the athlete team. 11am Generally we hold a voice call, but for the sake of time Ill be sending over a voice recording with all details now since we are against time today. The voice text said I needed to purchase 6-8 items (around $300+). Mentioned nothing of how I would get paid or anything informative. I didnt respond. 2pm I see that my text was read and ignored. It's now past 5pm EST (i am in La) and you're the only athlete we aren't receiving communication from. You're also the last athlete we are here in the headquarters waiting on. I responded that I am reviewing. And then Thank you for the strong communication. Like all major multi million dollar brands, we too have timelines that have to be upheld. We have an hour left. I respond that I am not interested and to stop contacting me. We contacted you almost 5 hours ago. I can tell youre inexperienced in the fitness industry based on your reply, but thats okay. We all have to start somewhere. Here in the fitness industry, all major brands like ours are going to require timelines and guidelines to be upheld. We still wish you the very best of luck with the smaller brands moving forward, just be sure to avoid applying for sponsorship in this industry or youre likely going to find yourself in the industry sponsorship phishing list, and trust me when I tell you, you want to avoid that at all costs.(Im so scared) No one here has ever been negative, to be clear. Then says he is sending in for sponsorship phishing officially (after me asking him to stop contacting me).

      This individual clearly has trouble with professional communication, but thats okay. We choose not to work with this individual after noticing her complete lack of professionalism. Unfortunately, she blatantly wasted our time and we needed to share this experience within our group of sister brands. In the future, simply handling herself like a professional would have gone much smoother for both parties. Luckily, we will not be working with this individual.       I am rejecting this response because:

      clearly this man is delusional and mentally ill. *** posted the text message correspondence showing how he harassed me and demanded I make purchases within a few hours. The text messages also show that I passed on you. Not the other way around. This person ****** is so pathetic and arrogant. He is blatantly lying to try to save face, which is just even more pathetic. The text messages show I chose not to work with you. Not the other way around. You even still said you would be patient and wait in the office until I made the purchases. Even after I said Im not interested. So just stop. You are correct. I am not a customer and not apart of your brand. Nor do I want to be affiliated with any of your ************** You need to seek mental health treatment. And any more harassment, lies and character assassination from this company I will be filing a restraining order and lawsuit. I have the text messages to prove everything you said and did with all time stamps. I also am confirming with proof what all these other people have complained about you with evidence. If you continue to attack my character and lie, you will be hearing from my lawyer.

      June of 2022 just like the rest of the comments I applied for sponsorship for the athlete position I had to make a purchase of certain amount. Out of all the items I received three I been missing the other 3. I have sent I don’t even know how many text message send a message to the so called owner which said reach out again it’s been a year still no supplies not only did they get there money of over 200 dollars but have no consideration. As a business you don’t do that you either refund because items are not in stock or idk have the respect to reach to customers. I turned down the sponsorship I’m glad I did because why should I have to beg for supplies I never got. It has to reach this point . Very sad I would never recommend anyone to do business with this company because of how poorly they have treated me . I paid for things I never got .

      This is actually highly inaccurate in many ways, but we always want to help, even if a customer is incorrect here.

      We have sent multiple emails to this customer and have been ignored every single time. More so, our team reached our via text and voice call, only to be ignored again. There are only a few items that were not shipped, as these items were in back order. When reaching out to this customer, we offered either a refund or a bonus with the remaining shipment, but never heard back. 

      Next, this individual was not offered a position on our athlete team, so that is also inaccurate. While she was brought on originally for our athlete team, she failed to communicate with us completely, leaving us no other option than to replace her. We also want to point out that 80%+  of these complaints are not from people we have every done business with, making them completely fake complaints. These are currently being addressed with our new file manager, Miguel. Buying into these fake complaints and attempting to “piggyback” a complaint on top of that with incorrect information is not something we find fair in any way, so we will absolutely push back here.

      Lastly, we have tried to reach this customer many times without any success because we do not have ability to refund her until she responds back to us with accurate information due to our changing payment gateways. Please have this customer email [email protected] with her order number and we will be more than happy to help conclude this transaction, as that has been our goal for a very long time now. In the future, contacting our dedicated support email first is always going to yield much faster results. Thank you.

      Albert the ceo of alphawear fitness reached out to me about being an ambassador of his company. Little did I know he was a established scammer. He said I had to buy 6-8 items to be a ambassador so I purchased them which costed around 200 dollars. 4 months later I have not received what I paid for and when I texted Albert the ******* behind this, he threatened me and was a ****** bag.

This person clearly has very little basic business experience, given that we have been a long established brand for over 9 years in this industry. More so, Albert is our owner and he did not reach out to this person randomly. This individual applied to be an athlete here for our brand and was selected to move forward after not owning or supporting the brand. We do not randomly reach out to athletes here, to be very clear. They have to apply and be selected by our athlete team. Our owner, Albert, simply reached out to assist with the process while athlete managers were out of the office. This individual has failed to communicate or handle himself like a professional. We have removed him from our team and issued a full refund. We will not be working with this person moving forward as his professionalism lacks deeply. You should be able to see this by the way he wrote his message. We won't be spending any further time responding to this individual at this point, as he ignores our email contact. So, this can be closed in full as resolved.

      I had applied to become an ambassador for this company's apparel line, and they reached out a few weeks later. After getting into some money issues, I forgot to respond to his text stating that I couldn't be in the program, as they wanted me to buy 6-8 items for me to join. After which he started threatening me that he would report me for sponsorship phishing and that I would never go anywhere in the industry. The next day I text him stating I could not due to an emergency, as it's not his business, and he kept prying into asking why when I told him that I do not wish to further the opportunity. To which, he keeps texting me saying he will report me. I again stated, that I do not wish to further the opportunity and to stop messaging me.

      After being recruited as a sports athlete the manager of this position made me order clothes at a certain hour of the day that I was not able to do and harassed me to the point that I changed my mind the next day. I was not going to sponsor or let others know of this product if I did not like it or agreed to their conditions, again I did not sign anything. The only reason I was up for this project was to be an athlete, not because i liked their product. I called my bank the next day to get my money back. Nothing was sent to me yet nor did I receive any type of notification that my order got shipped. After letting customer service know that I will not be doing this sponsorship they argued with me with emails back and forth - I told them I got in touch with another business to get sponsored with and instead of accepting it, they told me straight up that we just got in touch with that business and your name was not brought up, leaving me to disgust that they would invade my privacy to contact another business. I decided to just return the items itself and leave it like that, I waited for all my items to arrive, only 4/6 of them arrived so I decided to wait a little longer until i RECIEVED emails and threats regarding my dispute to put me through a lawsuit and charge me by the minute of a charge back and $1400 that I DO NOT HAVE. I canceled the order 10 hours prior of ordering. I messaged back to how they harassed me, they explained I have till 5pm to pay back the charge or be filed in court and they would show up at my work or house. That's one of the things that terrified me, I was about to pay back the amount because of the fear I had until I found this link where this is not the first time. There are many incidents just like this. I wish i can file the audio but basically said he would come to my home or work to serve me justice for what happened. Bringing me to court. I am scared because i work at a gym with many members who know of the concern and my own home.

Luckily, we have FULL proof that this is a complete lie, fully protecting our business. Let's start from the top here. ****** applied to be an athlete and worked with one of our athlete managers to gain sponsorship with our brand. Since she did not yet own and support our brand, she went on the website to complete her purchase. In absolutely NO WAY, SHAPE, or FORM did we "make" or "force" this young woman to do anything. This blatant lie is highly concerning, just like the rest of the information we received from this person. We work with professionals all over the world and rarely have issues like this. Next, while our website states a clear no refund and no order cancelation policy, this order was shipped long ago and delivered in full. Deliver date shows August 26th. ****** knows this, because she received the package. Tracking can be found here: ****************************** By opening a chargeback with her bank, ****** has committed blatant buyer fraud. We then reached out to ****** letting her know that we received the chargeback and would need to move forward with legal action if we didn't have repayment for her debt to our company for already delivered items by end of day. ****** then reached out and asked us for an additional hour so that she could "get the money from her father to pay back her debt" for the buyer fraud that was committed. We waited an additional few hours only to see that she blocked us on social media and failed to respond to the manager in which she was working with. The same manager that reached out ONLY to help her after she committed such fraud. Almost everything written above is completely inaccurate, and we will not stand for this. It is unfair that young individuals who lack professionalism have the right to post such complete and utter lies about about a long established brand of over 9 years whom did everything right in this situation. Not only will we easily win this dispute with the bank, we are now moving forward with legal action to ensure that this doesn't happen to any other brands moving forward. ****** thought she could pull a "fast one" here, but she has failed. We will be letting our partners know about our poor experience with this individual at this point to ensure that no other brands have to share this same experience with her moving forward. She has been dishonest from the start and we would hate for any other brands to have to go through this again. It takes 10 minutes to scroll our company Instagram and see tens of thousands of people around the world tagging our brand while wearing our apparel and accessories. We won't be going back and forth with this individual any longer and we have already moved forward with legal action to the fullest extent of the law.       Purchased items from AlphaWear on September 2nd, 2022. Both orders were never fulfilled or shipped and refused to refund. Order numbers 21767 and 21768. I read online about how this is a scam and now I am being threatened via text message from their owner "Albert" on how I am missing an opportunity to be a brand ambassador for them.
