      I was offered a position as an ambassador, provided I order six items. I ordered these items and spent nearly $150. This was in May 2022. It took three months for me to receive two of the six items, and one that I never ordered. To date, the renainder of the items have not been received. The representative I spoke with is extremely condescending, threatening, accusatory, and obviously a scam artist. An unapologetically despicable human being.

      I responded to a Instagram add by Alpha Wear Fitness about "brand ambassadors." I received a response within a couple days from the owner. I paid 178 dollars for 6 items of clothing with express 2 day shipping after being told that I would be reported for phishing after I told him I don't have the money to spend at the time. This was July 22nd that I paid. 2 business days went by, I didn't receive my clothing. The owner said to re-read my email and that I would see a paragraph stating that my clothing shipment "will be placed on a week hold due to high demands and completing customers orders first." One week went by, my shipment is still not ready. 2 weeks go by, same thing. So I went through my bank to get my money back. I woke up Aug 7th to a threatening email from the owner that I violated my "contract" and that an attorney will be serving me papers for court. After being threatened and telling the owner to keep my money and goods. He still threatened until I paid 208 for the goods. Weirdly that 178 never came to my bank account even tho he said my bank took the money out and I confirmed with the bank they hadn't. So I paid the extra 208 and the owner said he'd talk to me Monday August 8th to touch base. Haven't heard from him. And my goods are still not shipped. It's going on a month. His only communication is when it's going his way, once he receivers your money. And after you try getting your money back, he communicates with you threatening to take you to court. Based on all the comments posted by previous people, he does this frequently. It's a scam.

      February 22, 2022 I purchased leggings worth $80. Contacted the business in early June to find out where they were and was told they were backordered but I should be receiving them soon. Now at the end of July, I asked them to refund me since I have not received them. They said they would not refund me. We went back and forth through email and ended with them threatening to sue me if I wrote a bad review! I just hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. I told them to not contact me without an attorney and to keep the money.

Allow us to clear up her misunderstandings. First, we would never "threaten" a customer in any way. This customer did however threaten our company after being asked repeatedly not to do so. Our response was that legal would be contacted if it continued. The order placed by this customer was for two items. One of her items is a "pre-order" item. Pre order items are non refundable, and this is stated multiple times throughout the check out process. More so, the first item was shipped and delivered long ago. Once it arrives, it will be shipped out, exactly as we explained to this customer.       Order******* placed on 2/7/2022 for 4 tshirts and 1 sports bra, total cost $153.19. Purchasing items is a requirement for their ambassador program, which I was interested in. I never received a tracking # or status updates, but continuously received ambassador text messages from the owner. I requested info on 3/7/2022, 3/9/2022, and 3/16/2022 since I had never received any status updates or tracking #. I also requested to cancel my order due to this reason. Rather than simply providing an explanation, I received a text message from the owner placing blame on me. During these texts, I notified the owner that I was no longer interested in being an ambassador due to his demeanor. I was finally notified on 3/16/2022 that they had my email listed incorrectly. I received tracking ******************************* on 3/29 notifying me that 4/5 items that I ordered had shipped and received items on 4/02/2022. However, I had already submitted a dispute with Apple Pay for items not received and received a provisional credit for the amount I had paid prior to receiving a tracking # or the items. I had forgotten that I submitted the dispute and today received a text from the owner as well as emails claiming I committed buyer fraud and they would take legal action if I did not pay $183.19 by 6pm today est. Prior to receiving the email requesting additional funds, I contacted Apple Pay and requested to cancel the dispute even though I am still missing the sports bra I ordered and paid for because I do not want anything to do with this company. I notified Alphawear that the dispute had been cancelled, but they still stated I committed Buyer Fraud and claimed that I would owe $1400 in legal fees if I did not pay the $183.19 so I paid it. Therefore, Alphawear is now receiving a total of $336.38 for 4 tshirts because they threatened me. I am upset about the funds lost and sports bra not received, but more upset with how this company operates and the actions of the owner.

However, in this case, we are completely taken back by the lack of professionalism on this customers part at every single turn. Rather than breaking down everything wrong with this inaccurate "complaint," we will instead briefly explain why this is so outrageous. This customer placed an order on our website and used a non working email (something we couldn't possibly notice until the customer contacted our owner via text or emailed us for an update from a working email). Next, this customer received 5/6 items as the Ruby sports bra was a "pre sale" item that is currently being restocked. The tracking is below: Tracking:******************************* This customer then decided to commit blatant buyer fraud by opening a chargeback on an ALREADY delivered order. We then reached out as per our policy letting her know that if we didn't receive repayment for her debt to our company, then legal action would proceed. The customer continued to make a few different excuses and ultimately decided to do the right thing and repay this balance. After the issue was resolved, she then went on to state that she closed the dispute that should never have been opened in the first place. We kindly explained to her why chargebacks, as rare as they are, are a major problem. We also explained that it usually takes around 90 days to receive funds back from a chargeback that we as a business win. In this case, we will clearly win this dispute as we have been 100% in the right throughout this entire process. We then explained to the customer that if and when this dispute closes in our favor, a refund for the second payment would be remitted. As of now, we only see a chargeback and the funds were removed from our account. So, we are currently even and paid up to date. In closing, this customer is completely out of line making such an off kilter and inaccurate complaint. This has absolutely no reason to be posted on the BBB when the customer has been in the wrong throughout this process. We wont be rehashing this situation again, as we've very clearly explained our policy and what must occur to this customer. Not only have we replaced this individual on our athlete team, we will not allow another order from them moving forward due to the fraudulent activity on their end. This can be closed as this situation is resolved up to this point. We are always more than happy to work with anyone who can be reasonable, but buyer fraud is something we have a zero tolerance policy for. Thank you. You can see that the email address on the original order is the same email address that I contacted the company from. Additionally, the dispute filled with my credit card company was completed prior to receiving the tracking number or items, as stated in the initial complaint. There was absolutely no attempted buyer fraud. I clearly attempted to work this out directly with the company by contacting them on multiple occasions. I absolutely did forget to cancel the dispute with my credit card company and admitted to doing so. I also corrected my mistake immediately once aware. All I wanted was communication, yet all I received was blame and then threats, and am still receiving blame even with proof. I will reattach the top of the order confirmation email which very clearly has my email address listed. How could I receive a confirmation if I entered my email address incorrectly? Since Alphawear believes this issue is resolved, please allow me to reiterate. I have already paid $153.19 for 4 t-shirts and 1 sports bra. I made a dispute with my credit card company because I had not received merchandise at the time I filled the dispute, which was approximately 5 weeks after I placed my order and was not receiving any assistance from Alphawear. However, I did receive merchandise after the fact and cancelled the dispute once aware of my mistake and once I started being threatened by Alphawear. You can clearly see in a previous email attachment from my credit card company that the dispute was cancelled and Alphawear did in fact receive the $153.19. However, due to being threatened by the company, I paid an additional $183.19 as outlined in the threatening email received from Alphawear. This threatening email from Alphawear demanding an additional payment of $183.19 was also previously attached. I still have not received the sports bra, as previously stated. Additionally, I have paid for all of these items twice, due to being threatened, and now the company has received a total of $336.38 for 4 t-shirts. I would like to be refunded either the original amount of $153.19, or the threatened amount of $18.19. I would also like to either receive the sports bra that has been paid for twice, or I would like a refund since it has now been over 4 months since my purchase. All of this information has been previously stated and the attachments are still available for further proof. Additionally, it would be nice if the BBB would look into the legality of threatening consumers, as Alphawear has done. Please see previous messages and attachments.

      I made a purchase in January. Come February I had not received my order. I notified my bank that I made a purchase and never received my items. They refunded my money. I saw through the "Shop" app yesterday that the were still "processing" my order. I emailed them to have them cancel my order, that I no longer wanted it. They responded and said they'd look in to it, and the next morning they informed me that they shipped me my order. I reiterated that I did not want it, that I had already been refunded. Today they emailed me and said they have a "no refund, no cancelation policy" and that if I did a charge back through my bank, they would sue me for damages and theft of product. They were notified before shipping the order that I'd gotten my money back from the bank and they still proceeded to ship my order the next day then threaten legal action against me. I informed them I would return the package to them, unopened.

      As per our website, we have a clear no refund and no order cancelation policy. This can be found on all pages of our website, exactly where it's supposed to be posted. More importantly, like tens of thousands of other ************* businesses, we too were majorly effected by the supply chain issue a few months back. We had a very large inventory order that was delayed due strictly to this supply chain issue. To ensure that we took a proactive approach, any effected customer was sent an email to ensure that there were no misunderstandings as to why there was a delay in shipment. We had nearly no issues with any of our fantastic customers and for that we are blessed.

      ******* replied after the shipment was already out for shipment stating that she did not want her order, even though we have a no refund policy. We have since responded to ******* but have not heard anything back at all. If a chargeback is opened, we have no choice than to move forward with legal. As if this time, we have not been alerted about any chargeback, and this order has been shipped in full. Below you will find tracking for this order, as well. We are always more than happy to help any customers with any situation as long as it's within our policy as our customers are the reason we have been so successful over the last 8 years.       This company did not send me any correspondence in regards to shipping delays. I can also prove using the time stamps on my email and the Shop App, which tracks my order, that they shipped my items AFTER I told them I wanted my order canceled. After waiting since January, and it now being MAY and I still received no items, my request to cancel the order is extremely reasonable. After reviewing the many other complaints just like mine that span over the course of the past couple of years, it's clear that this company has extremely questionable practices and like to use bullying and threats in their emails to gain compliance. This company borders on being a scam and appears to only begin filling orders after people file complaints. Again, I'll be returning anything I receive unopened back to the sender with a tracking number. This is by far the worst customer experience I've had. I just ordered some custom, hand made garments from ******** and the entire process of ordering until I received them only took about 2 weeks. Your excuses are nonsense.

      This customer opened a chargeback on an already shipped order. The bank ultimately sided with us and returned the funds for the chargeback since the items had already been delivered to the customer. This case can be closed as there is nothing left needed.       I placed an order on March 6, 2022 for $122.05. Confirmation # *****. Since then I have received no communication. I emailed on 4/4/22 for an update. They responded saying they had sent updates which I never received. They said the order looks to be out for shipment but did not give any tracking information. I responded the next day letting them know I never received their emails and that when I check the tracking on my order it still hasn't been shipped. I have requested a refund but they have not responded to that request.

Every time i contacted the company to ask about the order i was told over and over that they would likely get the correct sizes in the following week. I had an ongoing text conversation with "Albert" and communication was always established. I was told every time i asked about my order that the sizes would be in soon and they would ship. Most recently I was told that my order had shipped a while ago and the info was unable to be looked up because it was more than 60-90 days (which is incorrect) I opened a dispute to try to get my money refunded and began to receive messages that I had committed buyer fraud and that I it would be sent to the legal team and that I would have attorney fees ect.       Alpha Wear, INC scammed me! After buying the gym clothes and accessories, the shipment was "stuck in customs" and it's been over 30 days. I can't receive a refund from them since their supposed website said that I am not able to.

It should be known that it is not actually possible to "scam" someone using an item based business with tracking, but clearly Jamison bought into fake complaints without asking a single question. We have been very clear with our communication with Jamison up until the point that he completely ignored us. We cannot help in any way, shape, or form, until this customer contacts us back like a professional.
