      If I could give NO stars I would. Reported to my insurance company that repairs were completed when actually I was told to bring back my car for a part that was taking longer than expected to get. A minor install Right?? It took me a very long year of calling weekly, monthly and daily; every time being told the same thing. Part not available. It took a local dealership to let me know the part is available in a few days. I finally got in touch with my insurance company adjuster/claims representative about the incomplete repair. The body shop said that the repair was completed. It took 2 days after I did that to get the part installed. Now I find out that other things were incorrectly repaired from another body shop. I'm irritated at this point. They actually act like they're doing all they can do on their part? I'm past angry to find out after the year wait for the part that other things weren't complete.

      Horrible! The owner John is such a liar. Never finished the repairs! Consumers BEWARE!!!
