    Ordered car parts March 18 2024 Seller asked for Paypal FF as they needed payment prior to shipping I sent payment via Paypal FF A suspicious shipping company ******************************* calls me asking to send them 1000$ to cover insurance, yest I only have $500 worth of parts shipped.oContact info not valid on their website oWebsite is suspicious and full of dead ends I refuse to send them money I contact JDM Express and say this was not part of the deal. They say in order to proceed I need to send them the money.I ask for refund He refuses and states they have nothing to refund me I lost $400 and will not get my parts.

    We have absolutely no information about this transaction, messages, invoice or payment received. I am more convince this customer was a victim of internet fraud. We have received calls and even found an ******** profile account that is stealing our information pretending to be us in order to steal money from potential customers. Attached a Screenshot of the possible account the customer contacted. Our PayPal account is a business account and we are not able to accept friends and family payments, we will no even ask for it since is used for fraud purposes. We have tried numerous times to contact ******** to avoid this but the social media company wont do nothing. We even received a negative feedback on ****** on a transaction that was not trough us. I Ask what PayPal email the customer used to send the money and i can proved that email is not ours. He can contact us through ************ or ************************** or ****************
