      They forced my to pay an extra $210 for so call extra insurance which is not required by law and I provide them with all required insurance coverage as well as 2 credit cards with full coverage insurance. They are scammed my and even charged the next customer lower insurance fees then me which I pointed out to them and they sanity stated that take it or leave it . We didnt have any where else to go and were were forced to pay a fees even though wasnt required. Finally, we paid the rental in full and we couldnt even cancelled at the time off the rental.       Shuttle did not come to pick me up at airport and calls were not answered. After many attempts shuttle was finally sent. Then tried to rip me off by charging an additional fee for insurance. Even though I provided my own valid insurance and my credit card. Then would not take me back to the airport for another 30 minutes. These people have many complaints and should not be in business!!!

      I rented a car from priceless car rental in ***************. Upon reserving that car I was provided the total price for the 6 days duration. The rental was between the 07/24-07/30/24 No where on there website or policy theres any statements or information of any additional fees for using your own car insurance. Upon arrival they made us pay $13 per day for using our insurance. We had no choice because they were our only car reservation and we were held hostage to agree. 6 days later upon car drop off a different employee named ***** said that they never had that policy and that I should contact corporate for a refund.

      Ordered car rental service thru this company on line thru Priceline. I did not list my mother as the driver. I called Priceline they said to call Pricelss car rental. So I did. I spoke to a gentleman there and he assured me that when she got there it would not be a problem to put her name instead of mine. I said ** and told my mom. When you call for a pick up it says there is a car every 15 minutes for pick up. They left her there for over an hour. She got to the facility and they would not change her name like I was reassured. When I called in while she was waiting I was hung up on 3x. Now I am pretty mad because I have no means to get to my mother who is stuck at this car rental place. So she had to do the next best thing which was to rent with them directly. Which cost ****** more then what I was paying.Then they charged her ***** cents for something she has no clue about and a ****** deposit.Worst company to do business with. Then they made her wait another hour before dropping her off to the airport to go home.

      We picked up the rental car on 6/12/2024 and dropped the car off on 6/21/2024. The employees here were rude and unprofessional. The car had dents, scratches and inside wasn't very clean had sand and water marks on seats. There was a wrench symbol on the dashboard. See attached photos. When returning the car they preceeded to tell me they were charging me 600 for a cleaning fee. I vacuumed the car out. They charged me 600 for a water mark on the backseat. I asked if I could take it and get it off even know it was there. They rudely said no and said read the contract. Attached is two different bills the second they auto generated my initials and signature to look like I agreed to the new amount.

      They oversold vehicles and did not honor my prepaid reservation. On top of it they avoid issuance of refund by ignoring Priceline calls for confirmation.

      I rented a car from Priceless in ******* ** through Priceline for May 9th. When I arrived to pick up my car, the man driving the shuttle said they did not have anymore cars available. I contacted Priceline 3 times now to let them know I did not get the car and that I would like a refund. They refunded the insurance I paid very easily which shows I did not pick up the car but they are saying they can not refund without verifying from Priceless that I did not pick the car up. Both Priceline and I have attempted to reach Priceless multiple times on different phone numbers and through email and other contact ways and we have not been able to reach them and they are not responding to any emails or the complaint I put through their website. they pretty much are stealing my money. I'm convinced that they are a scam company, scamming people out of money.

      I rented a car from priceless ******* in October 2023. I was involved in a hit and run, I followed protocol and reported to the company and my insurance. My insurance paid the claim fully and sent me evidence of the check cashed by priceless, so they could issue back my deposit. I have tried every effort to recoup my money back but priceless is claiming they do not see the deposit deducted in their system. I sent them copy of my bank statement evidence but no response . I keep calling and every time its a different excuse. The manager is out, shes busy, on vacation etc

      Priceless car rental stole 138$ from me. I reserved a car with them through a third-party app called VIP Cars. They took a deposit on the car and made me buy an insurance policy for 138$ in total with the indication that I would pay for the rest of the rental when arriving on site. When I arrived at the *************** at the exact time I told them in advance I would be there, which was 9:30 pm. I made my way to the pick-up location to be told by other passengers who had been waiting for the same shuttle for almost an hour that they were not picking up people anymore because they ran out of cars. Their website says that they close at 11:30 pm. I took a cab there and they were closed at 10 pm. I went to my hotel and took an Uber there in the morning to sort this out. By that time, I had already spent 100$ for rides there since their shuttle wasn't picking people up as advertised. The employee at the counter, *****, was quick to tell me that this is regular practice and that I should have no problem getting my 138$ back if I contacted VIP Car Rentals, which I did right away and they haven't paid me back three weeks later. They keep telling me that they are waiting for a confirmation of my story from Priceless. I ended up renting a vehicle from RROA down the road for three times more money - they used the excuse that it was the ******* 500 weekend to **** up the prices. By that time, I needed a car so I took this one. One week later, I brought back the car to RROA and as I left the facility, I received a text message saying 'Thank you for renting with Priceless car rental'. That's when I realized that they are all affiliated together to scam people. The whole thing was planned! One week later, I'm back home and RROA keeps on charging my credit card. They charged 85$ US for no reason and without notice yesterday after I already paid for the rental in full and brought it back full of gas and in good condition. They even said I would get the 200$ deposit back in full.

      I'm not sure how this business is still conducting business? I rented a car on 12/26 from the ******* location through a third party company called ********. The employee at the front desk at Priceless Car Rental said there is a deposit to put down of $250 and it will be refunded when the car is returned. When I returned the car on 1/2/24 the manager at the location said I would get a refund within 3-5 business days. As of today, 1/19/24 I still have not received a refund on my credit card. There aren't any phone numbers or email addresses that return your calls or emails. This company is a scam and they just steal their customers money. I'm looking to receive a refund.
