    This rental company is a huge rip-off! They get you with a great price but once you get to the off-site place, they hit you with additional charges! Instead of being the cheapest, it turned out to be the most expensive by far! You speak to someone on a screen - no one in the office to talk to, they require more than one credit card - I only had one with me, they charged me twice for insurance even though my insurance covers rentals, etc. I will NOT rent from them again!

    One star is TOO HIGH OF A REVIEW. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!!! Lets start at the beginning. Booked on line for $325.00 without damage waver. When I arrived was told they would not rent the car to me unless I accepted the damage wavier for $30.00 per day ( that is more than the car rental fee per day). They asked to see my declaration ****s of my insurance, which I was happy to provide. The agent said my insurance they would not accept for the fact my declarations **** said CASH VALUE on my policy which I have FULL COVERAGE on (broad and comp). These are not old vehicles. Most recent 2024 traverse. Contacted my insurance agent at the counter about this and he replied he has never heard of this before. Now let get into the Sunpass situation. Have experienced this before. The company doesnt release their plates, so you CANNOT use your own Sunpass. YOU WILL BE CHARGED TWICE AND WITH MORE FEES FROM ROUTES RENT A CAR COMPANY. The tolls that you would ever be able to encounter in the rental would be about 1% of the total bill for the tolls. I declined the toll pass, but I watch every other person renting a car get pressured into paying for the Sunpass. The rental was in ***************. If you rent from a reputable rental car company ( car rental company on airport grounds they allow you to use your own Sunpass. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!

    Scam you by trying to charge you for insurance that you already carry. Lies and more lies, also would not give name after threatening to not rent to us because we were adamant that our insurance covered us, that was while we were at our destination airport with no other alternatives. Do not use this company they are awful!
