      This transaction was in July 2021, I have tried to place several complaints without having any feedback. This company was contracted for the mentoring and development of container homes with a access to investment properties. The program was never accesible neither the staff was available for the mentoring.

      In August 2022 My husband and I attended a 3 day workshop for Ganadores and we were supposed to learn about Investing in real estate day 2 into the seminar they convinced us to sign up for this great mentorship program for 6 months for $13,000 they told us this would include a mentor that would call us weekly and take us by the hand through any deal we came across and we would have a **** call 2 days a week with a expert mentor and the class would be exclusively for the 30 people that signed up for the program at the 3 day workshop. We were also told that we would have access to this wonderful software that nobody can give us access to but them. None of that was true! No mentor ever called us. The 2 **** calls a week was not for 30 people it was for 300 + people from all over bc the classes were not what they explained they be. The software they gave me access to was a software that had houses that had already been sold and had inaccurate information and that software you can buy for $99 a month. This program was a complete scam! I want my money back

      We regret that Miss **** was not satisfied with the services that the Company provided. Our commitment to our customer's feedback and needs are our highest priority and we take this matters seriously. Miss **** had approach our Student Affairs department with concerns almost at the end of her program. Even though her entitled refund period had expired, we made our best efforts to offer a partial refund or extend her program to continue offering assistance, but she refused all options provided by the Company. We delivered all promised services the day after she purchased her program, and did not receive any concerns during her program until she almost finished. Her mentor spoke highly of her and did not receive any dissatisfactory comments on his end. We wish miss **** good luck on her endeavors.

      My complaint is in reference to Gandores en bienes raices (Vision Online). Vision Online is engaged in the business of providing education and training for individuals interested in investing in real estate. I entered the community on February 20, 2022 by purchasing the VIP package in the amount of $28,477.00. Three credit cards were used to pay for the services promised that weren't honored. Under the contract signed I was guaranteed one full year weekly webinar trainings of container homes with support included. The container home classes were stopped with no valid reason as to why; the last class provided online was October 18, 2022. Also on February 11, 2023 at the lobby of *********** Hotel here in Las Vegas, Nevada I was mistreated by Ganadores staff members. I was told directly by the CEO's wife of Ganadores that I wasn't part of Ganadores, that nobody wanted me there, and she even flipped her middle finger infront of my family. The situation became so hostile that a staff member of Ganadores got too close and intimidated me, making me believe he was going to physically attack my husband and me if needed. Defamation comments towards my persona were clearly shout out in public where many more students of Ganadores were present. That night I asked the CEO to sit down with us and explain to us why the mistreatment and he refused to take a seat. Everything was captured by the lobby cameras inside of the hotel. I sent a detailed email to the headquarters of Ganadores, asking for a written apology and also for the full refund of the package purchased. The CEO called me back stating that indeed he agrees that things were handled incorrectly by his staff, that he has no complaints of me. He stated he would consider writing an apology nothing was done! I didn't deserve to be attacked, and the services I paid for weren't honored. I am requesting a full refund.

The Company was founded in 2018 and has had around 3,000 customers since creation, and we have continue to grow as demand for our services has increased in the past years. Rest assured that Miss **** program was fulfilled completely with all services as promised. Miss **** has been an outstanding and dutifully client, taking advantage of all resources that where given to her into becoming a successful real estate investor and even founded her own wholesale company, as well as enjoying the network through the community that the company has created with hundred's of our clients. We wish Miss **** well and good luck on her future endeavors as she has successfully finished her 1 year coaching program on February 22, 2023.

      I am warning everyone to please, please think about getting mix up with this people. They Have very talented marketing team that would sell you a dream. They will lure you to believe that by getting into their mentorship programs that could cost thousands of dollars you would become this talented business person. In my opinion, you can find all the information they teach online, YouTube, or cheaper courses where they actually one on one. Mi own personal experience was that I got trick into paying for a mentorship course costing over $17,000 with the promise of getting all this personalize help, and mentorship 100% when needed, oh boy it was just a sales pitch. When you start you feel very happy and excited thinking that this community is so amazing and that now you belong to a fantastic group of investors and community. When you start having difficulties with your studies, and call for help, no coach or mentor is there ever to help you. They claimed the are always there for you, but in reality you are alone. The mentorship is nonexistent. Please don't waste your money like I did, always check the Google reviews and the federal trade commission page to know more about this business. Don't end up like me and my family having financial stress while these people are enjoining the easy money. Nothing in life is that easy like they painted, you have to work hard for what you want. I really feel bad for all the people on the same situation. I already contacted them in regards of getting a refund back, instead they intimidated with taking legal actions against me.They don't even want to talk to me, they also kick me completely out of their platforms and I still don't even get a penny from them. They still have me money, and I am not receiving the complete service. I really would like someone contact me and try to resolve this issue instead of getting threats .
