Worse costumer service, the only department that answer is Admissions because they need students. But I've been trying to get in contact with Student accounts for a week now, I left my information, send emails thru my instructor and nothing. they need to learn a lot from other colleges. If I had known about it before, I would have gone to another college. All other departments are a nightmare too.

Few of the staff are polite and knowledgeable. Class room looks clean, of course, its all white. Sometime you can smell de cleaners deodorant used ones you go in the room. Seats and tables are a pain for studying, not comfortable at all. Trying to call someone is a adventure most don't want to go through and if they call back there is a probability is from another AGM campus. Lucky enough if you get a call from same campus you are or past campus. To redraw from AGM, they made it hard and costly for me to do so, regardless of the situation I was in. My experience was a very disrespectful and ungratifying in a way that the person who I was making the redraw, called another colleges just to make comments about my life decisions making me feel very uncomfortable and underappreciated (stupid person). Ones I sign the documents, the ask me to pay $250.00 in cash with no receipt. Only caring about revenue. Also, some big companies you want to work for can't or wont recognize degrees from this institution. Do your own research before committing to AGM. Credits are as expensive and/or less than other more recognized Universities in the USA School System.

The difference between Online English and Online Spanish is incongruous. Online Spanish was much better organized and their personnel was always in constant communication with the student. I left the Spanish master's program due to change in career direction, and then applied to the English one...big mistake! I had made a complaint to one of the student advisors (Melissa V.) as to how the professor for one of the courses was unprofessional, as well as the module assignment left with the original template for professors to replace. Several other students and myself have tried to reach out to the professor with no response. Work was submitted and not graded in a timely manner. I decided I was not going to waste my time or money so I did a total withdraw within the 3rd week of the module. Per their policy, if you withdraw before 60% of the class has been completed, you would not be responsible for 100% of the cost of the class(es). Low and behold, I get my bill for what seems to be the 100% (x2 classes) and no bursar to return my calls and explain the breakdown. They do not follow through on their own policy, unless they decided to write something on another document that is in fine print somewhere else.

They tell you that they are Regionally accredited but leave out the fact that the nursing degree that you pay over 50k is not even accredited yet. They are only in the stages of getting it accredited.
