    Pay for a vehicle rental, the company notified me the total amount I had to pay. Today the called me asking me to pay $560 or I will loose the money I pay for the reservation according to what they told me previously. They are charging me tolls (which I have not used because the reservation is starting on the 25 of December. And charging me another day even thought they already told me a price for the same days and time. The company is a scam to take other people money. I want my money back and the cancelation of the contract without penalties because of the scam.

    El pasado 30 de Julio contraté con la empresa relacionada, un servicio de alquiler de un vehículo para 7 pasajeros, de la siguiente forma: Entrega del vehículo en el aeropuerto internacional de Orlando el 21 de Septiembre a las 2 am y la devolución en el Aeropuerto Dulles de Washington DC el 26 de Septiembre a las 10 am. El valor cotizado y contratado fue de USD $558 de los cuales se abonaron inicialmente USD $150 y los USD $408 de saldo se pagan contra entrega del vehículo. La empresa genera una reserva con la agencia Dollar Ren a Car con código *********** con los datos errados, a lo que solicito inmediatamente la corrección sin obtener una respuesta clara. Luego de mucho insistir, el pasado 22 de Agosto se comunican conmigo de la Gerencia de Renta Facil, quienes me informan que el valor cotizado corresponde a un solo día del alquiler y que para obtener el servicio que inicialmente me cotizaro y contraté debo pagar un poco más de USD $1.000. Yo les manifiesto mi molestia con la situación porque nunca me dieron respuesta a mis reclamos, que el error no es mio, que la información que se me dio fue clara y en base a ellos, tomé una decisión de compra. La empresa me contesta que no hacen devolución del dinero (USD $150). Señores Better Business Berau, solicito de su ayuda para que la empresa Rentafacil o Viajafacil me responda de una de dos maneras: 1. Prestando el servicio tal como fue cotizado en primera instancia o 2. Haciendo la devolución de los USD $150 que inicialmente les pagué. De todo lo anterior, cuento con los soportes de cotización, pago y cadena de mensajes y correos que soportan lo anteriormente expuesto, los cuales relaciono en los adjuntos.
