We were driven to a place far from *************** and charged more than double the quoted price. We were also charged a $300. "security deposit" that was never refunded. No paperwork and no emails, though we were promised the email.Seven Auto Rent & Sale

Avoid ************ at ********************** is a complete scam. They have numerous hidden fees and force you to purchase their insurance even if you already have coverage through your own auto insurance or credit card. On top of that, they demand an unrealistic $300k in property damage coverage, which is something no one typically has. To make matters worse, they refuse to let you increase your coverage to meet their limit, claiming it must be in place for 30 days before renting a carpurely a tactic to pressure you into buying their overpriced insurance. Save yourself the hassle and stay far away from this company.Seven Auto Rent & Sale

Good afternoon, we accept customer complaints as long as they are justified, but this is not the case. The client had a coverage lower than what is allowed, and this information was available in their email at the time of making the reservation. These terms were in their hands and could be read, as they are public information. If they did not agree to the terms, they could have canceled their reservation without any cancellation fees.Once again, this information was available to the client from day one when they made their reservation.Thank you.Review fromJorge T

They scam you with mandatory insurance of 300,000$ of property damage which no one would have in their vehicle policy. They charge hundreds on top of the rental for it. Also they dont return your deposits.Seven Auto Rent & Sale

Good morning,As a company, we accept customer complaints, but in this case, we believe there are no valid grounds for the complaints, as the customer had a reservation with a rate of $14 per day, which did not include the required insurance.The customer proceeded to use their credit card as collision insurance, but unfortunately, no credit card covers Property Damage Liability (PDL). This point was clearly explained to the customer, who understood and accepted the terms, proceeding with a 6-day ********* a company, we do not charge cancellation fees at the time of pickup if the customer decides not to accept the terms.We hope this is helpful. ZERO out of 10!!! What rental company requires a $300K property damage liability coverage??? I've used ***** and USAA policies with state-required coverage in the past and never had to pay extra for my standard coverage. This requirement more than doubled the initial rental fee which does not even justify the quality of the car that was given to me. The car had over ******* miles on it, window rubber strips all worn out and falling off the edge, dings and paint damages all over the car, rusted wheels, information dashboard was hard to view and had an almost non-existent AC unit that did not provide comfort in ******* heat. I think **** company only had 7 cars for rental and I got the last and worst car they had that day. The car I received should not even be a rental. I will be more careful with booking rental cars in my future trips and absolutely avoid this company. Needless to say, I cannot, in my good conscience, recomment this company to anyone.Seven Auto Rent & Sale

Good morning,As a company, we take customer complaints seriously. Unfortunately, Mr. ******* ********* arrived at our office to rent a vehicle for 8 days at a rate of $14 per day, but he did not have the required insurance to drive in *******. His insurance did not cover the terms and conditions clearly stated in the voucher sent to him by his booking prior to arriving at our counter. The customer could have canceled his reservation and received a refund from his booking if he had not accepted the terms, and we do not charge a cancellation fee at our counter.Thank you.Review fromBrody C

We rented a car Aug *****st. Its not a reputable company. The price was good until they would not except my insurance and I had to pay for theirs ok fine I did so BUT they also took a $500 deposit and have not refunded it. I have gone through their WhatsApp and they told me to email, which I had done. They also said in the WhatsApp they would forward my issue to them. They never reply. I messaged through their ******** account with no reply. The deposit was charged the day I picked up the vehicle NOT a hold on the card an actual charge. I received the email return receipt August 31st that said the deposit will be refunded in 7-10 Business days nothing! No communication. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!Seven Auto Rent & Sale

His rate of $10 per day included absolutely nothing, which is why there was a balance to pay.Our automatic release system had an issue, and the release had to be done manually (which has now been completed). I hope this business gets taken down. They are absolutely a scam. I tried several times to contact them about releasing the $300 hold that was put on my card, weeks after returning my rental car. I returned the car with a full gas tank and no damage. I was consistently given other phone numbers to call, false statements like we are sending your request to our administrative officetheyre not here today though They clearly have no intention of returning it to me. Remember that we process an authorization only as a retention for that amount, we do NOT charge for security deposit. Hidden fees and the car was a wreck, dents and peeling paint all over. They wanted $600 more than my confirmed reservation charge. Changed my rental from 10 day to 3 day because I could not afford the extra insurance charge. Stranded on vacation without a car for 7 days. Had to book a car service to get me back to the airport DO Not Rent from this company!!!!!They need to be shut down!!! Not right what they are doing to people. Good morning, As a company we accept all complaints from our clients, as a company we expect the clients to comply with the terms and conditions that are in their voucher, where all the insurances that are accepted and their limits are clearly stated, unfortunately the client did not comply with the terms and we let the client know and we highlighted it in his voucher, upon seeing the terms he accepted his mistake and asked to take his rent for only 3 days which was accepted.thanksReview fromDavid F

Absolute scam. Do not rent from this place. Has cheap deals but then tacks on many more charges due to incorrect insurance even though our insurance was fine for every other car rental agency. Because of that, our rental ended up being quadruple what we were quoted. Clerk is extremely unhelpful and just shrugged and said sorry you need to use your insurance. But since theyre out of the airport it was difficult to find another last minute deal.Car itself was fine. But the company is an utter ripoff and scam. Good morning colleagues.We accept complaints from clients, but unfortunately this client, from what I observe, did not read their terms and conditions, which are in their voucher at the time of finalizing their rental. Under the name *************** we don't even have a contract. but we respect this complaint. I booked Seven Auto thru ************* for Feb 8, ****. Seven Auto wanted to charge me an Additional $702. At pick up. (SCAM)Seven Auto Employee stated I could not call State Farm and add property ins from $100,000 to $300,000. The company required 14 day increase for property damage prior to pick up. But, I only got the reservation 12 days prior. Seven Auto told me that full coverage from State Farm or Progressive was Not good enough. Seven Auto stated the additional Ins purchased thru ************* was worthless State Farm said it was a Scam. They insured Uber/Lift and never required more than $100,000 commercial property damage. Sadly I watched Seven Auto do the Scam with every customer. One lady had a brand new **** car with full ins and they wanted $400 additional ins. I left upset. I went to Hertz and they took my State Farm Ins without issue. Seven Auto thinks you will give the extra money because you want to start the vacation.
