              I was scheduled to have a simple battery registration today, Saturday April 8 at 6am. I woke up very early to make sure I didn't miss this appointment, I followed ALL of the instructions, etc. I received the cable from your company and when I tried to connect with the "tech" a few moments ago, they were unable to help me. They claimed my laptop wasn't recognizing the cord. How is the laptop supposed to recognize the cord when it isn't connected to anything else??? There was nothing powering the cord. He told me to connect the cord to the laptop but not the car. I followed their instructions. They then attempted to install some drivers for this cord but was unable to do so, and abruptly ended the session by telling me to "see support" told me "this conversation is over" and disconnected. What kind of service is this? I paid over $100 for this, upwards of $125 and my battery is not registered!!! I don't mind not taking the refund for the cable, I understand that, but my battery is not registered. I'm not a happy customer and I want a refund. There was no reason at all I shouldn't have been able to have my battery registered!! I followed everything to the letter and wish the technician was more responsive and communicated with me instead of refusing to answer my questions. I want my money back, this reeks of a scam.

              Started back in October of 2022 I purchased a vivid screen, MMI, front and rear cameras, Auxiliary cable, coding cable from them last Julyi 2022 for 2004 bmw 530i and had issues with the vivid screen which is where they became not a good company they asked me to give them a $399 deposit and they will send me a replacement which they did. I was to send the old faulty one back and they would refund my money, I sent it back to a location their tech support told me to send it to and low and behold it was delivered per the carrier and Bimmertech said they never received it and gave me a run around about filing a claim, blah blah so so I’ve been contacting them and all I’m getting is no email since day one telling me of an update or status they only reply once I send them an email with my logistic team is on it, I talked to my supervisor, and we filed a claim, the person who is handling it is out that day, it’s just a run around scheme that they hope I give up and just let them have my money, I just want my hard earn money back I have every record and if I don’t get my money back I will have to take them to court and add in all the time I have spent going back and forth.
